Savannah's Meadow — Hotel in Greenville

My husband, Thomas, and I had the most wonderful time @ Savannah's Meadow in Celeste, Texas! We stayed at The Bare Creek Treehouse for 3 nights. It was so beautiful and peaceful, and the owner Tanya, was the BEST! She met us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour of our treehouse and the property. She also provided us with fresh chicken eggs (from their coop), fresh milk and fresh orange juice for us to enjoy for breakfast/brunch. We had a beautiful oasis area with a new hot tub and 2 cool bath therapy tubs. There are several tree-lined hiking trails, bikes to ride, a canoe to paddle around the beautiful turquoise pond. I have to say that one of the many favorite things we love about Savannah's Meadow are all of the sweet animals. We brought carrots and fed their miniature horse, donkey and 2 goats, bread for the ducks and geese, cooked some bacon for Sam, their sweet dog and sweet little "Relish" kitten who followed Thomas and I around. We renamed him "Ree Ree". I can't even express in words how grateful we are to have found Savannah's Meadow. We searched online for "Nature Resorts" near us and found this amazing, unique place, and it's only @ 30 miles north of McKinney, where we live. We highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!

Made a trip to Celeste,Texas to visit one of my favorite places, Savannah’s Meadow, and spend a weekend in the trees! This was my second visit to Savannah’s Meadow. My first visit was a solo trip, but on this particular occasion, I scheduled a girls trip with longtime friends to celebrate a birthday. We stayed in their original treehouse, the Majestic Oak. Being up in the trees is such magical experience, and it was a great weekend to escape from reality, spend time relaxing in nature, and enjoy all the farm has to offer! The property is stunning, and as someone who grew up on a farm, the animals always complete the experience for me. The owners are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure their guests feel at home. We had a fridge full of breakfast items, including fresh eggs, compliments of the resident chickens and ducks, and they even surprised our birthday girl with decorations, balloons, and a bottle of wine. If you are looking for a unique getaway where you can relax and unwind, I highly recommend this place. I’m definitely looking forward to more visits...

Oh my goodness! We stayed for the second time at Savannah’s Meadows, this time I. The Majestic Oaks treehouse . I cannot say enough great things about our weekend. It was beyond fabulous. The treehouse was incredible . myself and my 3 girlfriends loved being right smack dab into nature. My 9 year old granddaughter loved the cargo net and the loft beds and as she said when I asked her what was your favorite part she replied “ EVERYTHING!” !!! We enjoyed the hot tub and round pool , Everyone loved visiting the farm animals, The owner was incredible and brought out baby ducks and kittens for us to love on , we canoed , we explored the fairy trail and the garden. We even were treated to fresh eggs and everything we needed for a wonderful breakfast for both days .
