My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing Lake Lodge at Grand Lake , and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The host, Jon Nad Valerie, were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was in perfect order for our stay.

The accommodations were spotless and exceptionally comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day out on the water. As boaters, we especially appreciated the convenience of a covered awning, allowing us to easily pull our boat in and out with ease.

The attention to detail in ensuring a clean and well-maintained space did not go unnoticed. From the stylish decor to the thoughtful amenities, it was clear that the host goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The location is ideal for boaters, with easy access to the water just down the road and the convenience of a covered space for the boat. It made our boating experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.

The host's hospitality was exceptional, and their local recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and boater-friendly stay. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

Off the beaten path in a nice, quiet area. Covered carports provided for parking. Our room was clean and inviting. It was no frills, but provided everything we needed, for the most part. The only thing I was wondering is where the coffee/coffee pod was. There is a coffee pot in the room, but we were unaware if we had to provide our own. We ended up going to a convenience store for cappucinos. Hairdryers are not provided (at least, we didn't have one in our room), but it was no big deal for us on this day. Floors are stained concrete, so you don't have to worry about filthy carpets affecting allergies. Beds sit lower than most hotels, so it may be easier for more petite guests to be able to get in and out of. Plenty of towels are provided. They provide a list of restaurants in the area. This is really a nice, basic, quiet place to stay. No room key to keep track of! The service desk attendant gives you your own personal code to enter your room. A friend and I recently stayed at the Lake Lodge for a week. I travel the country fishing a good amount and it is difficult to find places that are truly set-up for anglers. This place is by far the best set-up that I have found! Easy to get in and out of, covered parking for your boat, excellent lighting if you need to work on the boat or rig rods, and plenty of power outlets. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's also really handy and convenient that you get free bags of ice during your stay. 10 minutes from the main boat landing and several restaurants and gas stations within 15 minutes.
