If you're expecting hospitality look else where, because it's nowhere to be found here. Embarrassed for how horrible this hotel has become. I grew up in Harvard and this is the worst this hotel has ever been. No one is at the front desk frequently so if you need help you're going to be waiting. Front desk is okay if you don't need anything. We asked for extra towels because for our two night stay for 2 people we only received two towels, two wash clothes, and two hand towels. We asked for more because we didn't receive clean towels after the first night. The manager asked if we had extra people and said if we do, then we'd have to pay for them. Repeatly told him, no we do not. Then he went on about oh if there's more people we have cameras and we'll see. It was just my partner and I staying there. This points to that their cameras likely do not work if they are harassing people in this way when asking for the basics for what a hotel should provide. Building is not secure, you can just walk in any entry without a key. After we went up there a second time to request more towels after we never received any clean towels, we finally recieved them with a caveat that he has to follow us to our room and give him the dirty towels. Furthermore they have a mold problem and paint over the mold in the showers instead of properly cleaning. The hotel smells of smoke even in the non smoking rooms. Everything is dirty, stained, badly painted, horrible patched, pieces of the door ripped off and missing. Then when we getting ready to leave and giving our room a last once over, management knocks on our door and says it's time to check out we had 3 more minutes. With the staff acting this horrible, I wanted to make sure we had everything and that everything was clean. Breakfast is gross watery scrambled eggs, no cream cheese for bagels, they do bring out once a serving a meat but we missed that. Orange juice was so bad I thought they had put alcohol in it. You can taste the freezer burn on the bread items. I don't know how you mess up coffee but that was dreadful.
Positives No bed bugs after a through investigation of the bed and couch water is hot but the stream isn't very big
In summary go to an air bnb or stay in another hotel. This places needs to be condemned.
I do not wish to hear back from the owner of the hotel to my review. I know you're not sorry about anything because if you were then you would change your behavior, otherwise that's just manipulation. Have the day you deserve.
Also be warned about the clearly fake reviews giving them 5 stars. This place...

My experience here was average at best. I would recommend booking at a chain/larger hotel, but if it's a last resort or if you're looking for a cheap option this is a good choice.
Positives- Early check in. Called over the phone and was able to get an early check in at 8am for my stay at an added cost of $20. Some hotels do not allow them at all, so it's a plus. However, when I arrived at the desk, the clerk said it was too early for early check in. After reviewing my reservation I was able to check in at 8, so if you need to be sure to call ahead!
Clean-ish rooms. Having never stayed here before I was very skeptical. I came in looking for everything I could...bed bugs...stained sheets...dirty bathroom, etc........the results were average. No bed bugs that I saw, but the comforters both had stains(room with two double beds). The sheets and pillow cases/pillows looked fine though. The carpeting was decent, but behind the dresses and in corners there were crumbs, etc. Some dresser drawers had hair and/or sticky substance like pop in them. My bathroom was very clean though. Did not have that fresh clean or bleachy smell, but no hair...No stains or dirt either. And....A Tv WITH A REMOTE!!!
This hotel has a pool and workout room, but i didn't use either...if you're needing that little extra it's at least available.
Negatives- You can hear other guests very easily. I'm a heavy sleeper, but anyone walking through the halls or any doors closing are heard loud and clear.
Lobby/breakfast...The lobby is super small, and it's also a sitting area for the guests during breakfast. Considering the lack of options you're better off eating out.
Water Other reviewers have stated the water tastes like rust. I'm used to dealing with it at home and I can tell you it does have a slight first taste and odor. Nothing major though.
Entrances don't lock??? There's three or four side entrances for the guests who stay on the second floor or other side of the hotel. All require your keycard to open.....well, they're supposed to. I was able to walk right in several times throughout the day, so that means anyone else could too.
In conclusion, if you're passing through our need a one or two night option it isn't a bad little hotel. Could be a tad cleaner, but by no means was it unpleasant or intolerable. Price is cheap enough to make up for the slight inconveniences...
Read more0/10 would NOT recommend! Don’t not book here… upon arriving nobody was at the front desk it took me about 15 mins to find a sign that was near a phone saying to dial a number if nobody was at the front desk, when the man appeared he checked me in and charged me an additional $100 for my 2 children that are under 4 years old! I went to look online to rebook and add the kids and there is no additional price for children it was the same price, I just went ahead and payed because if I cancelled I wouldn’t been able to get my money back. The same night (around 2am) he charged my card AGAIN for $264!! I woke up to see it and my husband immediately went to the front desk to ask about the charge, he acted totally oblivious and said he didn’t know anything about the charge. within a few mins the charge was revered back to my card (ok cool right? I got my money back) this place is totally unprofessional, there were no housekeeping room service, it’s like you literally had to ask for everything to be done, I never had to go through this at any hotel, also there is a washer and dryer for the guest but guess what!? It doesn’t work, it took my money which was only $1.50 but they didn’t warn about it not working because prior to using it my husband went to the front desk to ask for quarters, the hotel room key doesn’t work properly we had to go to the front desk serval times because we couldn’t enter our room. It was such a horrible experience staying here and I see why they have majority negative reviews, be mindful that the workers do stay her and don’t leave any personal items because they would come in your room when you leave, they would NOT clean it but would enter. There is also stains on everything, wall paint chipping, broken recliner chair, broken bathroom door(doesn’t fully close) if you do stay here be sure to take pictures before and after so they won’t blame you EDIT ( there was never 4 additional guest! It was 2 and you can’t charge me for 4 month old babies… that’s insane no other hotel has ever done that, and regardless if my reservation was made online or not what does that have to do with the fact that you charged my card over night ? And then when you got confronted you return my money? If I wouldn’t never noticed it you would’ve got away with it, now I would be reporting further and I got my money back and won my dispute for the WHOLE ENTIRE stay plus the extra fee you...
