The Lodge at Eagle Rock Resort — Hotel in Hazle Township

Great location friendly staff we stayed in the Sugarloaf townhomes We got one of the older ones and it was disgusting. Dead flies on the windowsills. Dated furniture. The entire unit stunk. We had to keep the windows open the entire time it was really bad. When we complained nobody seemed to care. Also we requested a ground floor unit with handicapped access. We checked in late like 8:00 p.m. due to travel and encountered stairs. My mother barely made it into the unit. They would not swamp us for another unit. If we come back I'm not staying in the Sugarloaf townhomes. The hotel is a little bit better maybe three stars but not much we stayed...

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Went to a company Christmas party it was decorated beautifully very tasteful. It was catered the food was amazing it looked beautiful the way they had the stations set up was great . You didn’t have to wait in 1 giant line . The ice sculptures were breathtaking. The staff was nothing but courteous and were willing to help with whatever they could. The hotel was clean and cozy and warm . The lobby was beautifully decorated. We didn't stay at the lodge but we did visit it to check in and a few times to get towels (since we stayed at a private home on the property). The views from the lodge are amazing and the lobby is beautiful. Our only complaint is about the front desk staff. Of the 3 times we visited the front desk - twice we had very poor service.
