BEWARE PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m giving this rating from the bottom Of my heart!!!!!! We stayed here from 11 weeks Mind u it was $402 a week. That’s $ 4422. While we was there I had zero service. The housekeeper was to busy with the owner. I never got towels any necessities I always had to go down and ask for them. A lot of times I didn’t get everything I needed. or was told and there wasn’t any available? I even got yelled at for asking for washcloths. Paid with a card and they said that it put a hold on the card and it would come back well it didn’t it charged two nights instead of one so now we’re just SOL they won’t return the money. After 11 weeks of staying there, I went down to pay and was told I had to get out and that I had two hours to have it all out and if I had to put it in the parking lot, then that’s what I had to do. Nothing was done no complaints. No, nothing always paid. It was the housekeeper that he plays favorite too. Everyone can see there is something going on she runs the show. She Is the one that refused me Service for anything she got mad because I went down there to get towels one day. The rooms are nasty full of mold. While there 2 sinus infections. Bugs everywhere some dead some alive. Mold in laundry room growing up the ways. Mold in the room we was in. Floor buckling. Water coming up Thur the cracks in Fioor. Could step on it and water squishing through the cracks. The toilet had red liquid that was ran down the back of it some of the laundry you would get looks like that they had worked on a car motor they were not clean. They smell nasty and we’re very stained and dirty. The owner always played dumb that he didn’t understand you, but he did. He also was very disrespectful and would take a blower and blow the sidewalks. And into the rooms in the door. Even if you were sitting there or talking, he would still blow it all around you and on you. There are workers trying to sleep and he did not care. He always had his workers do his dirty jobs. They would be the one to have to tell you anything or fight his battles. He was not man enough to do it himself. He has made it very clear. It’s all about money and he doesn’t care about.his visitors when it was rain or the moisture was high, there would be beads of water on the tables and sometimes on the floor. I have pictures of that. .he will kick u out to get that $15-20 more even if u paid over $4000 to stay there.i will attach pics i hope this helps everyone and will really think. About staying here. Also they have storage building that are falling apart run Down and in the back trash furniture high...

room dirty when I moved in. was there several days and did have do not disturb sign out but my trash and a nasty ashtray were outside my door entire length of stay. Could not get extra coffee. Mgr came to door and said I had to leave? Big pipeline crew coming in. She had forgot. How does one forget their entire motel is booked for work crew? Room phones are not hooked up so wake-up call didn't happen. Was late for appt! Late is not acceptable. Ok. So she woke me up and I blubbering and shut door in her face. Went to take shower. NO hot water. Omg. Walked to office and she said 'you can take shower in another part of hotel'. NO creme rinse. Long thick hair and need shower desparately. No lotion. Lots of 'no' things. Wires for security on eaves but NO cameras. Indian owner was incredibly rude. Think if he doesn't like our common practice of treating people with respect...especially a paying customer he should go back where he came from. Several people in town said they'd chip in for airplane ticket. Been a truckdriver 30 years and stayed at MANY Wyndam Rewards motels. Never ever one like this. Was almost an unreal experience. The room was nice and clean. I reserved a double bed for 5 of us and a small dog. Two adults and three teenagers, ages 13,14&16. The room was like a smaller version of a hotel room so we were a little crowded and the beds were smaller and provided just enough room for two people each bed. The 15 yr old boy had to sleep on the floor. We called to ask for a pallet but they don't have pallets or cots available but brought one blanket and a pillow and I gave him the blanket from my bed. But the area and room was quiet and not to far away from everything we needed and is right off the highway. The staff was polite which I was a little worried about when I checked in since the two ladies who were in the office when I checked in kept their conversation going during the check in process. But other than the initial encounter, they were polite and interactive. The morning breakfast was just pre-made waffles (if you're lucky enough to get one), syrup and butter, 2 kinds of cereal with a gallon of milk they kept in the little freezer. Apples, and toast with no jelly. There was not much at all but 'maybe'a little snack before you hit the road. The price was really affordable and on the lower side so you get what you pay. But the room was nice...
