Oh where do I begin… if you are looking for the perfect venue to hold your wedding of 250 guests this place is all you need and more. Kim and Doug were such amazing hosts, we felt like they treated our daughter’s wedding as though it was their own. They provided guidance, answered every text or call timely. They took their own pictures and videos and gladly shared them with us. They provide so much within the cost that it’s well worth every cent. Last minute changes weee accommodated with a smile. We never felt like a burden or our ask was too big. The venue absolutely gorgeous and every facility from cabins, camping, rehearsal, gals and guys getting ready areas, ceremony area to reception was clean and met all expectations. It was so fun for family and friend to gather Friday night enjoy conversation, relax and play games. You don’t get that at most venues. The guys had fun the morning of playing an old fashioned game of wiffle ball .Kim made sure the decorations were perfect to the Brides vision. Doug made sure the grounds were perfect, chairs are set up and the bar was ready. Kim and Doug were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Kim kept in contact and answered all the questions I had throughout wedding planning which was a lot! We had a couple specific requests days before the wedding and they executed them beyond our expectations. The Bluestem is gorgeous all on its own, but you’re able to add individualized details to being out your personality and make it your own. The Sage Performance Hall is beautiful, they had all the construction and remodel done before our wedding which was impressive and really made everything come together. Kim and Doug even brought our caterer’s coolers back the next day because our vehicles were too full to fit them. Having the lodge for your bridal party and having the campground available for guests to stay at brings a peace of mind knowing guests will be safe. It also allows you to have more time with those you love, because we all know how fast the actual day flies by. If I were to do it all over again I would with no doubt, choose this venue!
