Highland Hills Ranch — Hotel in Hermiston

Be very careful of this organization. I booked a week trip there and was told I had to pay the entire package prior to arrival. I had a medical issue a few weeks before I was supposed to arrive and had to cancel. I was simply told "we're sorry but we have a SIXTY day cancellation policy". No offers for re-scheduling, reduction in price for next trip.....nothing. My wife has emailed them any number of times and they just keep kicking the can down the road. I tried to warn others of this on the Orvis website twice but was "moderated" out.....the last reason being "review was written without personal experience".....can you believe that ?
