Greeted by a crusty older gentleman in a "NAVY"baseball cap who had a big TRUMP banner tacked up to his front porch. ||||Anyway, about the park. ||||This is a very nice and clean little park that is well maintained. It's located close to the freeway and the spots are very reasonably priced. Our host regularly patrolled the park keeping a close eye on everything. Good free internet and the cell phone reception was good. There's a well stocked "Smiths" grocery down the street which is owned by "Kruger". Fuel is reasonably priced all around town. People aren't big on wearing virus masks in Burley.... which is a shame. We felt safe during our stay here. ||||If you have a larger 5th wheel RV with the pull down stair ramp be sure and plan things out BEFORE you unhook. The sewer dump tends to be at the back of the site so you might needs some extra sewer hose, and there's a concrete patio slab on the passenger side which interfered with where we planned to drop our ramp and prevented from closing our entry door. It took a couple of tries but we finally figured out we needed to be as close to the curb as we could get on the drivers side and forward of the concrete slab on the passenger side to be able to lower our ramp low enough to be able to close our entry door. ||||I would have given Riverside RV Park a higher rating if it were not for being located directly in the glidepath of Burley airport. We had private aircraft, and crop dusters coming over a couple hundred feet over our heads at all times of the day and evening. Also, there was a really noisy blue helicopter, that I assume was giving flying lessons, come over about 200 feet over our trailer at least 20 times in a row on Saturday and Sunday. He did finally quit at around 5PM.||||It was about 85 degrees the three days we were there and our spot had absolutely no shade in the AM or PM but some spots do have shade trees so you might ask ahead.||||There's a city park and play ground across the street from the RV park and it's a short walk down to the Snake River water front where you can walk the bike path, rent a kayak, or have a picnic. The problem was that park residents kept cutting through our RV spot to get there and we did'nt feel safe in leaving any personal stuff out like BBQ's, wind spinners, or lawn chairs. ||||There were parties in the city park across the street all weekend... up and until it's closing at 10PM. Some of them got pretty noisy but all in all it wasn't too bad. Lots of people milling around in the street behind...

Read moreThe park was easy to find. It is located just a few miles south of I 84. . There is pavement all the way until you arrive at the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. We were escorted to our site.
Our site, 20, was a [pull through that was more than long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park. There was no vegetation barrier. Each site has a table , patio and a grassy area. None had a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was tidy and well manicured.
The included wifi internet worked very well with a log in password. We did find a few OTA TV. Satellite should not be a problem. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers nor did we check their condition.
There is a pathway that runs along the river. There is are no stores or service near by. \
We found this park to be a well run urban RV park. We paid $31.00 and we feel we received very good value. We will be back if in the area again. Please note: We arrived fairly off season and early in the day. We had no problems getting a site but by evening all the pull through sites were taken and many of the back ins too. Over nighters appear to be the biggest part of their business. You may want ot get here early if you...
