Brooklyn Exchange Club Cabin — Hotel in Hinckley Township

I had my wedding here aug 21st 2021. It was very cost friendly. We had 65 guests. However. If u are thinking about a wedding here be prepared to do some manual labor. I rented the cabin the whole weekend so we set up Friday, had the wedding Saturday, and tore down Sunday. There isn’t any running water but there is a men and women’s outhouse building. It was cleaned Friday upon our arrival. I rented two hand washing sinks from Miller brothers party rental as well as the tables and chairs, and dance floor. There are picnic tables on site if needed. Jim (the owner of Brooklyn exchange) was very friendly, easy to get ahold of, and helpful in preparation of my big day. Everything was beautiful we had the ceremony in the field, reception under the pavilion ,and set up a dance floor a could of yards from pavilion. We had a bonfire later in the night. For dinner I had a bbq food truck, and an icecream truck, and midnight pizza. My husband and I parked a truck camper beside the building and stayed the night. It was a wonderful party. We are a laid back family so this place was perfect for our wedding and saved us a ton of money. BUT be prepared for the work it takes to set up and break...

This past weekend was our first time working at this location for a wedding. As stated in previous reviews there is no running water. There is a outhouse, but for a wedding where guests are dressed up nicely, this was less than ideal for our customer. Our company "Rents For Events" brought in a 5 station luxury restroom trailer that has an onboard fresh water tank, and even brought in extra water on reserve. We also setup chairs in the field for the ceremony, and even setup string lights in the pavilion. This place is very nice, and very easy to access for any events.
