If I could give less than one star I would. Rent Branson is a joke! We arrived to our place and it was dirty, beds had not been changed and there were hairs on the sheets. The place is literally falling apart. No bunk beds in the second room as listed in the amenities, the jacuzzi tub in the second bath did not work, all the furniture was dirty, broken, and beat to hell, the tubs had bugs in them, the list goes on. We called and emailed the company and they sent housekeeping out to change the sheets, but they didn't bring clean blankets, so I had to wash my own. Housekeeping/Inspectors even agreed that the place was unacceptable and took pictures of all the things too. They stated they were embarrassed to say they work for the company. We asked the company to call us and they refused stating they communicate via text only. We got a text back from the company saying they would give $89 back and we could check out if we wanted to. We booked for 4 nights of spring break and having to find another place would be an inconvenience. They completely ruined our trip with our son and have no desire to fix any issues. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! In regards to the company's response to my original review... You didn't bring us blankets until 2 days after our check-in. That was after us having to ask AGAIN, because your staff failed to bring them when they came to change the sheets that should have been clean on arrival, but were not. You are a lie about speaking with me and my husband multiple times via phone as you only communicated with us via text because you plainly refused to have a supervisor call us. As far as the offer to get a partial refund we have yet to see the $89 dollars as promised. We chose/were forced to stay because we were in the middle of spring break and couldn't just drop everything we had pre-booked because you inconvenienced us to have to find another place last minute. I have your staff plainly on recording and would be glad to share it with you, so you can hear what they said yourself. I wish I could post it on here for everyone to hear. I never said the jacuzzi tub was listed in the amenities I said it DO NOT WORK, but they are in your false pictures listed on the website. The bunk beds are listed in the amenities and in your pictures, so what else would someone expect when they arrive? We will never rent with y'all again and we will be sure to steer anyone we know away from y'all.

My husband and I stayed at Hummingbird Hideaway, one of the rentals available and it was awful. RentBranson (the host) was notified via Airbnb that night with comments and pictures, especially because we paid a cleaning fee and couldn't check in early because 'their cleaning team needed to clean'. This place had so many dead bugs and grime everywhere that you could tell it had not been cleaned in months. We never heard back from RentBranson that night and when I woke early, I again messaged them and texted their office number. They apologized for the issues, offered to send house cleaning and said a refund cannot be offered until we have departed after our trip. I declined housekeeping as my husband and I had already cleaned that night before or we would have had no where to sleep or shower and agreed to work out a refund after our trip. After our trip, RentBranson refused to offer a refund using the excuse 'they offered housekeeping and we declined' even though this was AFTER we already had to clean the house to actually stay there that first night. They also liked to downplay the issue saying it was a 'few flies' when it was FAR from that. I battled on Airbnb and was finally given a partial refund from Airbnb not the host for my troubles. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand they have many properties and maybe the others are good experiences and actually taken care of but I highly recommend everyone stay clear of Hummingbird Hideaway. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!! I usually don't write many reviews but I am a strong believer in people knowing the truth in situations like these as I wouldn't want anyone else going through this.

See the stars at night! We stayed at Cozy Creek Cabin, hoping to retreat a little bit for New Year’s Eve. It was perfect! Quiet, close to restaurants and a nice grocery store, with all the amenities of home. The views are great, and on a clear night the sky is fabulous. The Rent Branson people were nice to work with. The cabin itself has beautiful high ceilings, and is stocked with everything you might need, from a dual Keurig machine to a pizza cutter. It has features that are sometimes hard to find, like plenty of outlets and a nice coffee bar. We slept well (the bed and pillows were great) and there was an extra blanket in each room if needed. The cabin has an electric fireplace, as well as large flatscreen TV’s everywhere, comfortable seating, and an outdoor hot tub. There is plenty of family-sized seating both inside and out (and both a high chair and Pack ‘n Play are available on-site). Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, with doors for privacy, plus generous closet space complete with hangers. Of course, if you stay for a while you’ll get to use the newly-opened indoor pool and outdoor pickle ball courts (opening soon). You'll also find a kitchen cabinet left empty so you can store your own cereal or other groceries while there. That’s something we don’t usually see at a vacation rental! The high ceilings give the sense of spaciousness in an otherwise completely cozy environment. This made for a thoroughly satisfying retreat, and now we have it scoped out for future visits with family and friends.

We had a wonderful time staying at Red Feather Falls! The cabin was beautifully decorated, very private and quiet. This cabin is completely private to just you, with a private entrance and door lock where we didnt have to check in with any 'front desk' or staff, and simply used a door code to check in. Directions to operate the hot tub, jacuzzi tubs, fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. was all inside the cabin, and everything we needed was provided within. It was zero hassle for us, considering it was our first time using airbnb or renting a cabin like this and not a hotel. Every single possibility was thought of - extra pillows, blankets, towels, cookware, dishware, firewood, fire starters, television remotes - just everything possible! It was perfectly romantic and relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. The cabin is decorated as a hunting/fishing cabin but very upscale and high end, with every little extra touch imaginable. Not only is there a hot tub outside, but TWO jacuzzi tubs inside and TWO king beds for two couples to stay. There's also a huge dining table for dinners and a large cozy living room for watching tv or playing board games that were inside the cabin for family fun. We saw lots of wildlife while there - squirrels of course, but chickadees, cardinals, nuthatches, titmice, downy woodpeckers, juncos and a couple of crows. We had a lovely time and were sad to go when it came time. This place really is as good as it looks. There's no 'gimmick' or trickery to the description. You really are in a private home, all to yourself, with no one else around. The whole 'subdivision' is full of other cabins, but super quiet and wooded, and this cabin is at the end of the road by itself, with nothing but woods behind you. You're 5 minutes from Big Cedar Lodge and all of their restaurants, and 15 minutes from downtown Branson and the Landing. As a sidenote: FYI, Postmates/Grubhub/DoorDash does NOT deliver to this area, but there are plenty of restaurants that offer togo within a 20 minute drive if you are willing to pick up and the cabin has a very well stocked kitchen for staying in and cooking. Crock pot, skillets, cookie sheets, electric stove, and full fridge makes cooking easy if you stay in. There's a large gas s tation/store less than 5 mins away if you need anything. We stayed in the winter, but playgrounds and pools are available nearby if you stay in the summer. Even in the winter it was a wonderful place to stay and well worth every...

Beware of this rental agency. I rented from them in May 2019 for a stay in one of their properties in December 2019. At the time of rental I asked about cancellation because life does happen. I was told to buy rental insurance from CSA and if I needed to cancel no big deal. That information is a flat out lie. I have been trying to get this resolved for the past 3 weeks and still no resolution. CSA says my insurance was canceled when my reservation was canceled. Talked to rental agency yesterday and they were supposed to get back with me. Another lie, now every number I have for them says no longer in service. Do Not Rent from Amazing Branson Rentals.

Update-9/17/19 Regardless of the response from the owner of Amazing Branson Rentals this issue has not been resolved. If you read the owners response they stated CSA was to issue a full refund a week ago. I finally got a hold of CSA and now they want documents from my wife's illness. This is just what I needed after stressing over this whole deal for now nearly 3 weeks. My wife is a surving cancer patient and still has follow up treatments on a regular basis. Now she can barely walk and now I have to jump through hoops to get a rental deposit back. Be careful when they tell you cancellation is no problem.

Updated 9/18/19 Amazing Branson Rentals has lied again. There rental insurance company CSA is requesting the life history of my wife to file a claim. They want social security number, sign a release to access all her medical records, plus a two page document to be filled by her doctor. I am not going to give them this information. My wife is a 73 year old woman. She doesn't want to make this trip. Amazing Branson Rentals you may RIP me off for $457.07 of my money this time but guaranteed you won't get anymore. When you pay for a goods or service and don't use the service you should get your money back. If not that's called stealing. Stay clear of Amazing Branson Rentals and CSA/Generalli insurance. It is a rip off.

Updated 9/24/19 I see you have went back and edited some of the lies you told me earlier about my refund being returned to me the next day. I have been in contact with CSA and they are doing what they said...
