So we had the pleasure of getting an early access with a private tour. The finished section of the campground is absolutely well thought out. The sites are very spacious. The concrete pads sets aside the ordinary from the extraordinary campgrounds. The pool is spacious and a decent size. The office area is neat and clean and a large great room. I love the fact that there are semi-secluded areas so if you were camping with a large group you could all book in one area. The bathhouses are large and clean with laundry unit right beside in same building. The dog park area is near the entrance but is large with a separated area for large and small dogs. The future site area looks to be just as spacious. I’m hoping for some sister sites and even some pull through sites and a playground area. I would also think a second pool in this area would be a great addition. The multiple fishing ponds makes for some easy relaxing time, and the subtle sounds of the fountains definitely helps enhance the relaxation. The power poles and well equipped with each having a 50 & 30 amp plug as well as a separate 110 outlet. And each site had a water hose ( not for drinking water)

You can definitely tell there was some time taken to plan out this park. All and all we had a greet visit and will return again either for a weekend or...

The RV resort is new so it’s a nice setting. It was strange that it was deserted. We paid the pricing on the website booking tool two weeks before but then checked the website on our stay and there was a $30 cheaper discounted rate that isn’t reflected in their online booking. This seemed dishonorable to us. There was no one staying here in the prime of summer except us and maybe 3 other people. The landscaping and lawn care aren’t kept up with. We had a small dog with us and the grass was entirely too high for the dog to walk in to use the bathroom for 4 days into our stay. Also, the dog park grass was the same way as well so we couldn’t use the dog park our entire stay except on our last day when they finally mowed the grass after it had grown to a foot high. We called the main office to ask where the dog washing station is since it’s not listed on the map and a very rude person told us at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon that “this is the after hours line”. Hospitality is lacking and so is the upkeep. Maybe that’s why the park is empty? We will look elsewhere to stay on our next trip to the area.

The manager called to apologize and offered to match the price we paid ($98) to the sale price ($67) in a refund. The refund never came through! More dishonesty! Definitely...

we LOVE everything about this place!! Ray, KIm and jessica are great people! WE book this resort on a last minute decision and glad we did. we met some good people here. we liked it so much we booked a extra month and also booked 2 months next season! lots to do here. tons of activities, food trucks, bands etc! BUT ONE THING!! SPEEDING within the park and im talking 15-18+MPH (a few as much as 20+MPH) ive brought this to the attention of park officals but it still continues. i was almost hit walking around the front of my truck once! (i will NOT mention who it was) ive seen so many close calls of people or animals being hit by someone thinking the is a pit road for nascar. because ive had a friends dog get hit by a speeder in a other park it bugs me bad!! whats it going to take to slow these people down? someone getting hit and injured or worse? THIS IS NOT A ROAD WAY SLOW DOWN PEOPLE AND HOPE OWNERS STEP UP AND HELP THE MANAGERS FIX THIS ISSUE BEFORE ITS TO LATE!!! (JUST HAD A BLACK JEEP FLY BY OUR COACH GOING TO THE REC HALL AND BLOW THE STOP SIGN AND FLEW BACK TO...

Stayed at Stillwater Preserve RV Resort over Thanksgiving. It was a bit more than other campgrounds around but we felt it was well worth it. We have a newer camper and wanted to stay somewhere that we would not have to worry about bringing critters and bugs home with us along with maneuverability with a larger camper. The campground was very well kept and maintained. We used the laundry mat and it was exceptionally clean and worked well. The pool is not heated but they mentioned they hoped to work on solar panels. The hot tub was awesome. ( I do wish it was open later.) The club house is super nice and has games, kitchen, workout room and small library. Not a bad site in the whole park. The pads were long, double-wide and level. The staff was very nice and would often drive by in their cart and ask if we were okay and if we needed anything. Stayed a week. We will be back.

Great Rv park, very clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean and private. There is an abundance of natural surroundings with birds, ducks, ponds, and fountains. The sites are extra large and level. There are nature trails, dog park, pickle ball courts, covered pavilion and more. The rates are very reasonable and planning to come back again soon. This will be our new quick getaway Rv park. There is nothing bad about this Rv resort. If you are a nature lover and miss the way Florida used to look, come and spend a week or longer and enjoy peace, quiet and nature of this truly beautiful Rv resort 7/31/25 We just spent an entire month here and had a great and relaxing time. We will definitely come again, it is truly a beautiful and peaceful place to park your rig and just relax.

I am here for opening day, so I’m not sure how someone gave it one star from six months ago. There is still a little bit of construction going on here at the entrance, but overall it’s really very nice. RV sites are all paved and I didn’t have to do any leveling at my site (26). 30 and 50 amp hookups, water and sewer are provided. Pool is quite large for a resort of this size, there are 4 bath houses, very comfortable and spaced nicely. There’s a beautiful clubhouse with a small store inside for last minute needs. The only thing I think it’s missing is some much needed shade!!! But it’s brand new and the landscaping will come in time. Located very close to HWY 19 in Homosassa, it’s close to swimming and fishing in the Rivers of Homosassa. Very nice new place! Come give it a try.
