This was a nice little cabin, it was just me & my dog for the most part. The bed was a bit soft and high, which it would have been nice to be able to sit on. I would have liked to have a step stool to be able to get up on it, but I managed. They provide little wagons to take your stuff from your car to your cabin, which was really nice, but they were all gone when I pulled up, presumably by other guests who didn’t bother bringing them back to the parking area. It’s not a huge walk to the cabin, but can be when you are hauling things. The other guests sat by idly watching me while I struggled bringing my things back and forth from my car, that was frustrating. I would suggest a permanent sign be placed in the wagons to remind guest to return them to parking area straight away so the next guest will have access to them. They provided a laundry room & extra supplies which was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. The owners were super responsive on email and responded to me straight away when I had questions. We had a bit of a heat wave while I was up here and the A/C struggled to keep up. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay, the bathroom was exceptional, great water pressure and lovely shower & sink, the bathroom was huge! I stayed in Cabin #1, the smallest cabin. The kitchen was more than adequate, I thought I would miss having a full kitchen, but with the hot plate I was able to make a hot breakfast every day. They supplied coffee, creamers, sugar, everything you need for great coffee, but no decaf option, I always bring my own, so no big deal. The coffee maker, a drip style, was most excellent. They provided dishes, two of each and it was plenty. I was pleased with my stay here, I stayed for nearly a week. 6 nights. Took full advantage of the local area, but didn’t browse the suggestions in the book until I was ready to leave, I found some of the waterfalls, they were awesome. If you go to panther creek falls, a spectacular falls, do NOT take google’s suggested route, take the route that takes you back down to 14, google takes you thru some hellashis gravel roads, which haven’t been graded in years, so take the long way, you will thank me later!! I spent many hours at the ECETI ranch and this place was very close. There is also a Buddhist / Druid abbey nearby that is well worth the visit, so peaceful and amazing, stop by if you get the chance. Post Office Coffee is a must as well as the station restaurant, good food. Organic Valley farms are here in the local area and they have their sweet dairy cattle out grazing, they were so cute! We saw wild turkeys, deers, tons of chipmunks, it’s really a nice, nice area to explore. Chrissy was amazing and this cabin was really nice!! Thank you for the wonderful week I spent here. I’m...

My husband and I were very pleased with our time at Trout Lake Cozy Cabins. We loved the accommodations, the privacy and having access to free movies, a grill for homemade meals and the consideration to include AC. We arrived on a Tuesday and the only complaint that we have is that the owners were on vacation during this same week (unbeknownst to us until our arrival and check-in). When we did have questions and reached out, we were unable to reach anyone (there is no check-in desk upon arrival). Fortunately, we noticed a woman coming to the site each day and took initiative to ask if she worked for Cozy Cabins. Lynn, the "new manager", was very helpful and resolved our questions. Our suggestion would be to have updated phone numbers for who is caring for the facility while being gone. Lynn updated the board with her phone number after I spoke with her and was very kind and responsive! After a 10-hour day of hiking, we were also blessed by the Pizza restaurant right across the parking lot for a quick, easy and delicious dinner. We would recommend this accommodation to our friends and family and actually, already have since being back home and attending a birthday party and church. Overall, it definitely met our...

Trout Lake Cozy Cabins are exactly as described, cozy! We had such a great weekend staying in cabin #3. The cabins are located just off the main road but far enough back that it is quiet. The parking lot is a short walk from the cabin and the path was kept clear of snow making it easy to carry our stuff in. The cabin was small and bright with large windows and beautiful wood work throughout. There was a murphy bed but we found with the convertible couch for our daughter, it was not even needed and we could save the space. The website did a great job describing the cabin so we knew just what to expect. We brought along our crockpot to make soup and made use of the mini fridge and hot plate for grill cheese. The wifi connection let us play music while we curled up on the couch reading and watching movies! The bed up in the loft was very comfortable and the partial view of Mt. Adam when we awoke on a clear morning was amazing. I was really surprised how close the sno parks were to the cabins. A 15min drive and we were able to enjoy a snowy walk on a groomed trail, great if you have snow shoes or cross country skis! We really enjoyed our weekend relaxing and playing in the snow and look forward to our...

My fiancee and i spent a weekend here. Our room was the Pines. The room itself is, in fact, very cozy and welcoming. There's a hammock to lay in outside, a grill to use, and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. You're a short walk from the pizza place nearby, as well as a laundry facility with board games. During our first evening, my fiancee and I decided to soak in the jacuzzi. However, the tub only filled about 1/4-1/3 of the way before the water turned cold. I was concerned that maybe there was an issue with the water heater, so I called management around 9 pm. They wasted no time to drive from their home off the property and address our concerns. As it turned out, the water heater had been adjusted by a previous tenant. From then on, the jacuzzi had no problem filling all the way with hot water. Their commitment to us as customers was very refreshing, and I have now recommended these cabins to friends and family alike for the experience I had here.

I would first say that Trout Lake Cabins is not the typical place we stay. Typically we either camp when we are in remote spots or stay in Historical downtown hotels when we are in town. I say that only to point out that I did not even begin to use the amenities at Trout Creek Cozy Cabins. We were only there for one night due to a last minute change in plans so we weren’t prepared to grill out on the beautiful patio and didn’t allocate time to play games on the well kept lawn. We did however really appreciate the “cozy” space which was perfect for the two of us. Check in was easy as was communication with the staff. The pizza place on-site was a plus for us, as Trout Lake doesn’t have a whole lot of dining options. I think if I went back I would plan for several days which would allow to us to more fully experience all the amenities and would allow us to explore the surrounding area.

We loved the self check-in and check-out! *Comfy hybrid bed with soft sheets and down-alternative douvet *a selection of pillows in a variety of softnesses. *Plenty of hot water with good pressure *The following items were provided in our cabin; full-size coffeemaker with coffee sugar and cream, microwave, mini fridge, electric skillet, broom, dishrack with dishsoap and brush, plates, bowls, coffee cups, water glasses and wine glasses, silverware and some basic kitchen utensils like knife, can opener bottles opener and spatula. We had a lovely, relaxing weekend!
