Well let's see I've never written a review before. I'm 100% disabled and decided to stay at the motel with my current girl friend. The room was nice. The housekeepers were also nice. They asked to show my suit to some guests so I obliged no issues. Me and my girl friend would smoke out side at the picknick table and butt out our smokes so we didn't leave them on the ground. Due to this when I checked out they found 2 butts in my room and not that I like to admit this I struggle with invontinents so some times pee a little due to a medical condition to which I do no deny But without me knowing they charged me 300 extra dollars. The manager Brandon could not even speak to me himself instead he left notes with the staff. Which the staff opoligized. After which I told them to review the cameras. So after the butt issue was cleared up then it was blamed on my incontinence. Figured I would warn others cause God forbid your child pees it will be a 300 dollar charge. I would have paid for the sheet if that was the issue. The mattress was in a plastic mattress protector. I really wish I would have just went to shiretown moter inn like I usually do but I wanted to try out the new motel. Never again. I have contacted multiple times to clear up this issue but have yet to speak to...
Read moreI live locally and decided to try a stay at the brand new Wolastoq Inn and Suites. I have friends and family who come regularly for visits but do not have extra space for them to sleep. |The decor in the room was very nice. Everything was neat as a pin. The paintings were absolutely beautiful. |I stayed in room #1 which had a queen sized bed, couch, desk, huge television, jacks for charging electronic devices, and storage for plenty of clothes. The refrigerator was missing but is on the way. |Also included was an additional room with a twin sized bed and a full sized television. I thought what a great place for the kids to hang out.|I stayed for two nights with a friend. We slept like rocks. In the morning they had a nice continental styled breakfast with muffins, bananas, apples, and coffee. We met the owner and several of the staff who were all very nice and accommodating.|I would recommend the Wolastoq Inn and Suites to anyone. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.||Brigitte of...
Read moreI had a job in Houlton and stayed overnight at the Wolastoq Inn and Suites. For a hotel in Northern Maine this place really exceeded my expectations! I have stayed in some real flea bag hotels before, but this place was not one of them! The room was near-immaculate: no dust, dirt, or anything else around. The room was very comfortable and very obviously well kept. The owner/manager obvious puts a lot of pride and care into their rooms. My room did not have in-room coffee service which is ok because when I travel I bring my own small coffee maker. The office has coffee for guests made up. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend the Wolastoq Inn and Suites...
