My husband and I stayed there for well over a year. We were in multiple spots, both on the L row, and on the E row, backed up to the pond. We went through 2 property managers during our stay and 2 different management companies. I can't remember the original company's name but it was clear something- they are who managed it and the other Jetstreams when we moved in, then management company changed to Bluewater so they changed property managers as well. It all went down from there.
When we first arrived, there was a monthly calendar that was presented to all of the residents when they arrived or if they were extended stay was sent to them via email the beginning of every month. That calendar contained all of the monthly activities that would be going on at the resort, sponsored by jetstream itself. Under prior management, we had monthly dances and food trucks, group guided meditation, game days, adult swims, movies on the projector - we had plenty to do every weekend so there was really no reason to leave the property, for my medical conditions this was PERFECT for us! Then the new management came in and all that went out the window!! Months with no calendar at all or a calendar with events that never happened! Fast forward less than 5 months after the new manager took over a lot of our long-term stay friends and staff up and moved parks even more left after Beryl.
We live full time in our rig and have for a little over two years - this is our HOME. Another guest entered my HOME and would not leave, I have horrible PTSD so to say I lost my cool is an understatement. The property manager knew she had done this to previous residents and nothing had been done. She was allowed to stay at the park and continue living her best life with no consequence for walking ALL THE WAY INSIDE (UP THE 5TH WHEEL STAIRS AND INTO MY KITCHEN!!! I did not know this women, we were not friends or even acquaintances for that matter, her walking into my house was just a very small step below one of you.Random people reading this walking through my front door!!!!!

My niece was told she could have family and friends over and was never told a limit of people just as long as everyone paid the 3 dollars fee and she even tried reaching out 4 times and emailed no response. We went and Ana made EVERYONE uncomfortable kept watching us and being COMPLETELY disrespectful. Then to top it off we all got kicked out of the pool because āthere were too many guestā even though everyone is paying and there was no limit given of people. When we were talking to management Iām assuming the boyfriend or husband or relative of Ana would not let us talk in price and was just standing next to true manager and listening to everything so when we all got up to leave to the rv, we were just concluding in this entire situation and he yells at me and says āsay it to Anaās face she aināt scaredā and being very unprofessional and he said that he works there and to āfind another pool and to not break the rulesā not even knowing the story!! To top it off we felt VERY VERY THREATENED by him when he walked up to one us of like he was ready to fight for us saying whatās funny as we were walking away because he thought it was funny over a situation he had no clue about! And my niece HAD PERMISSION TO HAVE PEOPLE OVER AND NEVER GIVEN A LIMIT!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently stayed at this park and the biggest issue was the internet. I had to run a cable from my rig to another pedestal just to get shoddy internet at best.
I asked to be transferred to Pearland, the sister community nearby and the Regional Manager, Aleisha was rude and told me that they donāt do transfers between parks. When asked who her supervisor was, she told me that she was the highest up the chain. I find that hard to believe that anyone would put her the highest on any chain.
They also told me they offered high spend internet free of charge but that wasnāt true either.
The office staff are decent but you never see them out in the park, ever. The manager doesnāt live on site but she doesnāt go out on site either.
I will say that they put some little park models in the park and they look really really good. The guys that installed them really did a nice job with the decks and the whole thing. They look very attractive.
The other piece is this is a very dangerous area. Sure, they have a gate around it but thatās not going to protect you from the constant gunshots you hear all the time.
The other comment I would say is that whoever the landscape company is. They arenāt very good. The weeds that grow around the beer garden and the trees that are dying and the ugly seasonal flowers they planted around the beautiful office look terrible.
The last thing which is more advice on how the property can improve, is to get the dollar store right at the entrance to do something about all the trash and overgrown grass at the entrance. It looks terrible.or get landscape company to do it when they come out.
