Due to family needing to get treatment at MD Anderson, we looked for a place to park our RV and found this RV resort. I will give a very honest review: Management is amazing! They are always available and go out of their way to help. The grounds are clean. There are no trees, we find that perfect because we don't want the leaves and debris on our unit. Your slab has power and sewer. It does not have picnic tables at each site but I found I didn't need it. There are picnic tables up near the dog park.

Pool has worked ever since we have been parked here. It is only busy every now and then. The most I have ever seen in the pool is about 6 people so if you plan it right, you would have a pool all to yourself. It is very clean and the water is crystal clear. I would not hesitate taking advantage of the pool. The bath house is brand new and it is beautiful and very clean! Very nicely tiled and very roomy!

Washers and Dryers: I have had one issue with a washer not working. Staff came out and tried to fix it and when it didn't work, they helped me get my clothes into another washer and covered the cost of it. The staff are very helpful if you just communicate with them.

One of the things that I truly love is that staff really try to give the residents a pleasant experience. During the holidays, they have cook outs and try to make sure that anyone who wants to participate can. It was very nice during Christmas and Thanksgiving when you are already so far from family to have a holiday gathering to socialize and have a meal together. The staff went above and beyond to put these events together and invited / included everyone. There is a train that must be on night shift because it does get started at dark and pretty much runs all night. But, the park is big enough if the train was not your thing, don't park up near the front. You can hear traffic and noises from the surrounding areas, but you are surrounded by a large fence. Management is also very diligent about calling authorities when they hear or see something that doesn't seem proper.

There are patio type string lights all around the park so even at night time, you have a lit up path to take the dog for a walk or take out the trash. The pond and walkways are very nice and gives you plenty of room to go for a long walk. One side of the park backs up to a huge beautiful golf course!

I know this is lengthy, but when you are not from this area, like us (from Georgia) and don't know what you are getting into, I wanted to be able to give you a good honest review. You have to remember you are not in the country. You are in the middle of the city. So there will be noises but the majority of the time, you forget your even in the city because it is quiet. I am from the country and am not use to city noises and I have not been bothered at all, not even by the one little train. It is a very nice park and so close...

I have been at Medical Center RV Resort since April 2023 and will stay until November. I am helping to care for a friend going to MD Anderson for treatment. Allowing her husband to stay in Dallas and work. In June a person ran a red light and struck my vehicle. My husband came down from Dallas on July 1 to pick my vehicle up from the body shop after repairs had been made. Since we haven’t seen each other in weeks due to me caring for my friend with cancer he ask the manager on duty if he could park the truck and trailer on one of the empty sites. The stay would be less than 18 hours. The manager on duty said it would cost 60.00 dollars. When my husband explained the situation to Bobby the manger on duty he would not budge off the 60.00 fee. Which we paid for site F109. But we felt very disappointed with the type of response and arrogance shown by the manager since there had been over 20 sites available and there would not be water or electric used. My husband retires in August and he planned to come and stay at this resort so we could be at the same location and would stay until November or when ever the patient was cleared to move back to the Dallas area. We completely understand that having a business is to make a profit. But we also feel that a little compassion would...

Really love this RV Park!! Beware: due to road construction, it's tricky to find (and delivery people may have a hard time). The staff has been great, very pleasant and helpful. The office will contact you if there's a package/delivery (super helpful). The lots are all new concrete and wider than I've seen at a rv park. There are no shady spots but are several lots that back-up to tree line 👍The trash is near entry but they offer pickup services (on certain days) which is very helpful! The facilities are all (new) really nice: the laundry accepts quarters and you can use an app to pay electronically (nice as it gives you status). The bath house has large showers 👏 with great water pressure. There's also a nice workout room and lounge area. There is wifi but the signal isn't strong enough to reach all over the park (same in all places I've stayed). Added bonus: There's a night guard on duty,.. makes regular rounds on golf cart, ect. Nice to know someone is keeping watch! Also, the park has (accent) lights strung across the park which I really appreciate. Easy commute to Medical City yet far enough that it's quiet,...except for a little traffic on...

This is a great RV Park to stay at while in Houston. We were there for an extended stay for medical reasons for 3 months. Always felt safe, even during the time my husband was hospitalized. We had two small dogs with us. Very dog friendly with pick up bags and can throughout the park. We'll lit, so no worry about putting lights out and walking at night. Very nice clean bath house with private showers. Nice laundromat. Very friendly staff that quickly knows who you are. Very nice and organized to be able to get packages. They also have a food truck that tries to come once a week to the property and a donut Monday. They are very good about texting and emailing you for different events coming up. Close to everything that you would need to shop for and if you need anything you just ask them. Denise and Nathan are fantastic. We met so many while there. If we ever have to go back for a stay, it will be here.

Great place for long term or short term stay. I stayed here for a couple of months because I have family nearby. It wasn't my favorite location in terms of not being close to nature but it is Houston so that is to be expected. Not outfitted with picnic tables or individual site grills or fire pits. Could do with more trees and shade, especially in the summer, but otherwise has clean spacious lots, lovely walking path around the small fishing lake and spacious clean individual showers. Didn't use the pool in my time but it looked good. Rabbits around at night and do leave their business, some stray cats. Quiet though you can hear the cars driving by right behind the rv park and sometimes they rev loudly. You can also hear the train every so often. But always felt safe - gated community. Beautiful sunsets. But many ants. Before I got traps they were all inside my rv.
