I stayed 3 nights at this property for business in the area. The hotel was quite crowded during my stay, making parking a commodity. My king room was spacious, clean, and well stocked for my needs. Despite being at capacity it was quiet through the night. There is a well rounded breakfast in the morning with omelets made to order. Dining area is clean. They have an indoor saltwater pool and hot tub, which incidentally are completely empty between noon and 4 pm, allowing me to have it all to myself 😁. My only concern was housekeeping wanted to clean around 8 am each morning while I was in the shower getting ready for work. As a result, my room wasn't cleaned once during my stay. Wish they had started a bit later in the morning. Wouldn't hesitate to return however. Staff were friendly and accommodating. This is a real oasis in the rural part of Kansas.

Nice new hotel in the outskirts of Hugoton. Rooms are comfortable, the hotel is clean. Daily room cleaning now. Breakfast is decent, you can get fresh omelet made each day or have what's premade. The gym is small and treadmill was out of service while there. The pool is nice, as long as others leave the outside door closed. Hot tub also out of service on my stay.

This is one of the better hotels I've stayed in during my travels. It not only smelled clean, it looked clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. I don't think there are a lot of other options in town, but I would choose this hotel again without hesitation.

My family of four children and I decided to stay in Hugoton since we had activities going on Friday and Saturday. This is a very nice hotel, however I was not very impressed with the staff or the situation we ran into. Any time that I went to the front desk and I had to holler in order to get someone to come to the front desk, which shouldn't be the case during prime hours of check in / check out times. Then during the late hours of 2:30 AM there was a gas leak at the plant across the street. The fire alarms were set off and we just hurried to leave the building. Of course this is a situation that they are unable to prevent. The issue that I was most upset with was the fact that the front desk attendant did not bother to reach out to me after it was all clear to go back to the hotel. All we were told from the fire fighter was that it would take awhile to clear the area. Luckily I was able to get ahold of a friend to stay at their house. Once we got back to the hotel to pack our items we found a card in our room that gave the information for the gas plant but that was it. When I asked the front desk if I was supposed to contact them, she had no clue what it was for. Next time I will just make the drive back home because that was not worth the money or headache I had...

On a trip to New Mexico we stayed one night on the way there , and one night on the way home. The desk staff were courteous and efficient. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and had more than adequate numbers of towels, wash clothes and soaps. Both rooms had comfortable beds and pillows, and had refrigerator, microwave and small coffee maker (which I did not use). I used the small gym on the way home. It had a versatile weight machine with incorporated bench, seated cycle, tread mill and elliptical. There was a water dispenser and cups, and a stack of clean hand towels. I would have appreciated a hand sanitizer dispenser. I was told I could check out free weights and a mat if I wanted to work out in my room, which I’ve never seen offered in a hotel. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. |The included breakfast was well above the norm for this style of hotel. The space was large with adequate seating. There were more than the usual options as well as a staffed omelette station ( I’m not joking). I can’t comment on the eggs as I had oatmeal. |The hotel sits back from a rural highway that’s not very busy, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to request a room on the north side. |I’d recommend this hotel to family and friends without...

Travel with work all over the country and stay at hotels/motels quite extensively. Been here only one week and have noticed incompetence in the staff as well as management. The hot tub is still broken after months of being out of service with what appears to be this hotels policy of acceptance of inadequate equipment. The staff seems to be incapable of respecting the guests privacy as my room has been entered several times in spite of having the "do not disturb, privacy please" door hanger displayed upon the doors exterior due to the sensitive nature of confidential materials of my work. I have explained to the hotel manager that both myself and my staff does not require them entering our rooms for cleaning or otherwise. The staff has displayed that the owners of this establishment have left pretentious self important children in charge of their livelihood. While this establishment is approximately 40 minutes drive closer to our day to day operations, if this wanton disregard for privacy continues I may have to switch hotels in the best interest...
