I have stayed here on and off over the last 20 years. They have done some recent remodeling of the rooms. I do not know if all rooms were remodeled or not. I stayed in room 104 which is a non-smoking room. They also offer smoking rooms on the north side of the building. This is a one story building. No carpet which is nice. Tile in bathroom area Did get slick if it was wet so I had to use a towel on the floor but I am an older man. It looks like they have vinyl plank flooring down. Newer platform beds with a mattress I found to be comfortable. The only improvement I would make is using a good fabric softener on the sheets. But that is a personal preference. Check-in was easy. The woman at the desk was very nice. Soap, shampoo, and lotion were in the bathroom area. Good water pressure but the diffuser in the hand wash sink needed to be removed and cleaned of mineral buildup. Walls looked like they had been painted over the last year or 2. AC and Heat worked great. Plenty of lighting in the room. Also plenty of USB outlets and places to plug in to a wall socket. These were located in the various light fixtures. Refrigerator kept my drinks and food cold. There was also a microwave but I didn't use it. There is a place to put a suitcase and hang clothes. Hangers were provided. Overall the cleanliness was excellent. Nice location but it is at a 4 way stop right off of Hwy 22 and 70. If your passing thru town and need a place to stay, you should check it out. My 2 night stay was $90 per night and just over $200 with the taxes.

Absolute terrible!! The pool looks like it's been closed for years. Weeds growing on top of liner. The pictures online are deceiving & are probably photo shopped so beware! Made an online reservation cause it said Pet Friendly & i have a service dog. I got a king size bed & checked the pet box. When we got to the hotel & I showed the lady at the desk my service dog paper she refused them & forced me & my husband to take a double bed room. I told her I already paid for the king. She refused & said I could leave and refused a refund. So we were forced to take the double, no discount, no refunds. The room had roaches so had to go get bug spray cause we were stuck there for 3 days. My son came the next day & he got a king smoking room which was filthy with burn holes everywhere. We would have gladly taken a smokers King but the lady refused. So Pet Owners beware!! The online advertising is completely deceiving. The Customer Service is horrible! Very rude!! Just drive the extra 10 miles up the road a better hotel.

Horrible experience. After making reservations months in advance, as well as calling the actual hotel. We were denied the room we paid for (even though we asked about the "pet friendly" policies.) because my wife has to have a service dog (which is documented and licensed) we were told we could only have a room with a double bed. And if we didn't like it, we could leave and they would not refund our money. The room was infested with roaches; the bed was hard and dingy. All of this horrible treatment during a terrible time of our lives. We were there to bury our son beside his favorite grandmother. Please save yourself the heartache.... Go ten miles further to a better hotel.

They were great to me! They had my room ready when I got there and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Greeted me when I came for breakfast. They were very nice felt like you were staying at a friend's house. Was great. UPDATING: Stayed at this place again for 5 days this time. It was a late booking and they were very busy only had 2 rooms available which were both smoking rooms. I needed a room so had no problem taking the smoking room. They offered to switch it out the next day if I wasn't happy with it (it was fine). They were very helpful and made sure I was happy. On Monday night (Memorial day) I was out all day/night and when I came back to the room I couldn't get in. I had to call the front desk for 30 minutes before someone answered she came right out and let me in and gave me a new key. It was midnight so I understood. They are a great group of people and would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Sweetest front desk manager who makes you feel...
