This is a great campground - newer, clean, all concrete pads and asphalt drives. Premium sites also hved paver patios. Sites are well spaced - most private campgrounds would have doubled spaces by putting another space between each of these spaces. Nice well-maintained landscaping. Laundry facilities with 7 washer and 7 dryers. $3.50 does a load - washed and dried. Nice pool area. Activities available. Very helpful, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay - traveled to Naples, Key Biscayne National Park, Everglades National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve. Visited the local museum, Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki, and walked the boardwalk. It is a good distance from grocery stores and attractions - but that helps make the price a better value for Florida. We stayed in a premium site - #11. AT&T service was great.

Husband had a contracting gig with the Indian health clinic last year for the summer and our staffing recruiter set us up in this RV resort. We had the deluxe cabin. Loved the cabin with its full size kitchen and gas stove. Master bedroom and bunk beds and pullout sofa. The summertime is the slow time and the best time to grab these cabins. I have stayed in the smaller ones, but preferred the deluxe cabin. The Brighton Reservation on the north side of Lake Okeechobee has deluxe cabins that are larger. We loved the cabins and the staff and housekeeping staff were awesome. Would stay again . Try the Billie Swamp cafe. Great food and service

We are happy campers and have absolutely enjoyed our stay! The campground is very nice, safe, quiet, relaxing and everyone is very friendly. All of the facilities on the property are very well kept and clean. There is ample lot space and the concrete pads are in excellent shape. Bath/shower house, laundry room is very nice and as well. Dumpster/recycling area is very tidy. There is a filling station right down the road and there is also a convenient store with all the basic necessities. We will absolutely be returning if there is availability, in the future!

Little gem in the middle of nowhere. Reasonable priced and lots of amenities. We stayed on a premium site which had a patio. All sites are concrete slabs, the premium has a patio. Our site had a picnic table. There are also cabins. Community bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. There is a 50/30 and 15 amp connector, our electric box came with a wasp nest, which was taken care of by the front office. Water had good pressure and the site has sewer. Check in is after 2:00 pm and checkout is at 10:00 am. The park is part of Miccosukee Tribal lands. Everyone was very friendly and the park is nicely laid out.||Be aware, the park is far from everywhere, so make sure you bring everything with. There is a tribal convenience store about 3 miles from the park, where you can get some basics, there are two gas stations in the area.||Speed limits are painfully low and the tribal police are very active in the area, so watch your speed.||Disappointingly, Billie Swamp is closed since Covid and the hurricane. However the Swamp Water cafe restaurant is open every day till 5:00Pm.||The park has a swimming pool, miniature golf, shuffleboard, billiards and basketball, laundry and common bathrooms / toilets.||AT&T cellphone coverage is acceptable, but WiFi has to be paid for, either daily, weekly or monthly. But is very slow. Only around 5 MBPs. OTA Broadcast TV is ok, but not fantastic.||If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you.||Be warned, the mosquitos here are relentless, make sure you pack in your super anti mosquito arsenal.||We loved the camp and we stayed 3 days 2 nights, there looked to be a couple of long term...

We have been seasonal campers at this park for the last 4 years. We thought we had found our forever winter home. Unfortunately, this is no longer true. Due to total lack of communication between park management and guests, it is a very poor park. There is no on-site staff at nights and for the past two years, we've had one incident with a knife being found around a campsite after having people knocking on doors in the middle of the night. One incident of razors speeding thru at night, with no lights on, almost hitting guests. This past Wednesday, there was a death in one of the cabins. High police and FBI presence for almost 15 hours. Absolutely NO communication in regards to guests safety were ever sent out until 6:47pm on FRIDAY. We will...
