We made a reservation for a week’s stay at this place the day before our intended arrival. The man we talked to assured us we would fit into site 41 saying it was 67 feet; we are 64 feet (40 foot motor home and 24 foot cargo trailer, including the tongue). When you are that size, you need to be aware of the length in order to find park that can accommodate you. We had some damage to our motor home and cargo trailer and decided we better get it taken care of instead hoping the park would be understanding and considerate. There was no cancellation policy or their website nor in email communications we received. We called several times and left messages. While waiting for a call back, we had to pass this park to get to where we were going and decided to stop. Just before we got there, we got a call from the property manager saying she had to check with “corporate” re our cancellation. We got to the park and pulled into site 41 and there is no way it was 67 feet—our 64 foot would NOT fit. The property manager was snippy (& accused us of having a bad attitude); told her since her computer and list says the space is 67, it as to be! DAH! She accused us of misrepresenting our rig size! We decided to measure our rig (for sure, 64 feet) as well as the space—it wa 59 feet! There was no convincing her! Despite our circumstances and all the fact that we could not fit into that space, they still charged us $55.84 for one night. Disgusting. We contacted “Corporate” via email and got the same thing—computer says 67 feet and we misrepresented ourselves. If it was just the problem of our having to cancel, we might be more understanding but WE COULD NOT FIT IN THAT SPACE which was not our fault. Corporate came back and said they did measure the sit and now saying it is 65 feet!!! Absolutely NO WAY. These people were not very considerate nor understanding of a situation that turned out to be their fault for not having accurate space size and relying on what the “computer” says instead of human...

Horrible place! We made a reservation the day before our planned arrival & we were assure the site was 67 feet; our coach and cargo trailer (tongue included) is 64 feet. When you’re traveling with that size of a rig, it is imperative you know the measurements to adequately find an RV park that can accommodate. Unfortunately, we had some damage to our motor home and trailer and decided it was important to get it fixed; thus, we called to see if we could cancel our reservation (for the week). We had to leave multiple messages and while waiting for a call back we headed to the park (which we would pass on our way to get the coach repaired). They called just before we got there and were checking with “Corporate” to see what to do. We pulled into the park while waiting for the decision from them and pulled into space 41 to which we’d been assigned. There was NO WAY our rig would fit. The property manager came out and was very snippy and rude (and later told us she didn’t like our attitude). She insisted since “her computer and list of sites” said the space was 67 feet, thus by a miracle it was. SUCH WAS NOT THE CASE. She accused us of misrepresenting the size of our rig! We measured our rig (64 for sure) and then measured the site: 59 feet!! We went into the office and she still didn’t believe us and we were having to pay $55.84 for one night of a space we couln’t fitt! We contacted “corporate” vie email and got the same sick story—we misrepresented our rig size and didn’t include the trailer tongue”. Despite our circumstances, they refused to refund the one night’s stay—-and I will say it was not worth the money had we been able to stay. The majority were residents and two spaces had people living out of cars. ||If you are traveling and need a space for a night, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. There are other parks in the area. This one has no consideration of.the situation at all. they did said they re-measured the space and it was 65 feet—NO WAY! they were so...

There is good and not so good about this location, mostly very good. As mentioned above, what brought me back to this RV park was the very welcoming, very sweet resident manager and her willingness to show me around the facility in the midst of a very busy day. There is a rec room where you can watch tv and also cook your own meals. There is also a very beautifully maintained inside shower with chair for physically challenged patrons. All of this was spotless. There were limitations with access to the rec room due to hours of operation and break time but also, if someone rented it for the evening you could not get in. All of these features and the price point (weekly and monthly rates outstanding--even more discount if you pay 25 to join good sam club) made it a definite yes on our travels. There were two things that concerned me though and when I made the staff aware, immediate action was taken. A word to those who NEED handicapped facilities for showering. Stay out of the outside room. It currently leaks when you use the hand held wand which is on schedule for fixing but now it is downright dangerous to try to walk in there. Lastly, there were two incidents of people using this outside room late and then leaving under cover of darkness. Just go into the inside area and none of this will be a concern. You really can't find nicer, more attentive customer service and I will...

This is mainly a full time RV park. The sites are small for overnighters. We were thankful to have a spot for the 3 weeks we were there. The sites are small and gravel. Not always level and convenient to the hookups. The road noise is road noise, for us it is a welcomed "white noise". Our only downfall is the rules state "NO SMOKING" anywhere in the RV park. Our neighbors(full timers) diagonally from us chained smoke daily and the lovely smell of weed on a basis. Not something we were prepared to constantly smell. Cannot really comment on the bathroom or showers since we didn't use them. They were in the middle of remodeling the family one. The laundry is small and very reasonable. TV/cable & internet were not the greatest. The office staff for us was very friendly and attentive. However, no communication about the smokers. As with any RV park you always have the people who come in who do not think rules apply to them. The views are nice. It is an easy on and off the I-5. You are in the middle, easy commute to Albany and Salem. For the most part it is a quiet little park.

We stay here to be close to family when we are traveling. Normally a few months in the summer. But we stayed the winter of 2024-2025. Steap driveways down the hill. Not great for snow & ice winters. Propane is at $4.50 Over the last few years alot of changes happened our last visit. It is a quiet park. Friendly people. Mostly monthly residents. Spaces are decent. A little close. But not too tight. Not big right Friendly over 45 feet. And they won't take you if pulling a full seperat trailer. Ir pulling a car. It must have 2 wheels on the ground. Dog park is artificial now cleaned weekly and there are 2 other pet friendly areas in grass. Spacious bathrooms. 3 Washers & dryers It's hit or miss if avaliable or if working. But $2 to wash & $1 to dry is great. If too close to bottom your going to get some freeway noise. As it is just off I-5 exit. Now $65 or more a night or $450 or more a week. Monthly went up from when we were there was $725 a month plus electricity.
