In response to your reply, my wife came into the office several times with complaints. The only time an issue was resolved was when the owner happened to be in the office upon checkout. We actually checked out early because we’d had enough. my wife came in to the office We stayed here for a month and enjoyed the site and location. The site had beautiful trees which kept us cool and the wild turkeys were enjoyable. HOWEVER….. .... this is not a resort it is definitely a campground. Very over priced for the location and DID NOT include electricity. Electricity is an additional 14 cents/KWH. Our electric bill for almost a month was $200!! It wasn’t that expensive in Texas where we had to run all 3 ac’s 24/7!! The roads are sand and filled with large holes. The entry and exit gates were inoperative most of our stay. The sites are dirt and unkept. Golf carts are not allowed, only staff. In fact I had to move my new COVERED golf cart to the rear of my rig “so no one could see it”. Unfortunately the rear of the site was covered in about 6” of leaves and debris. After uncovering after my months stay it was infested with little insects. I guess the car dollies and homemade dog pens are acceptable to have out front but not a brand new, covered, golf cart. The trash dumpsters were overfilled and piles of excess trash were thrown beside the dumpsters(the smell was nauseating). These dumpsters are at the entrance to the park and were as described the ENTIRE time of our stay. Quite an eyesore and unsanitary(suggestion…get more than 2 dumpsters for the size of the park). The smaller garbage cans around the campus, including the dog park, were not emptied either. Only after we complained about the smell and fullness did they act. They put another “household” trash can beside the nasty poop container but still didn’t empty it. We were told the maintenance staff was on vacation and little to no resources for help. But I still paid full price. Paying full price, which was way overpriced for this campsite and area, I expect a full service. The WIFI is awful, I had to find another location to work everyday which made it very inconvenient and costly with the prices of gas. On a positive note, I did report to the office and they refunded my $75. Thank you! We have a satellite on our RIG and we were unable to watch DIRECTV for a month! I couldn’t get any signal… we were able to get 2-3 local channels via antenna but with little clarity. The dog park was big but not well taken care of(owners not cleaning after their dogs and maintenance personnel not cleaning either)both of my dogs picked up a parasite which i had to take them to the vet to seek medical treatment. $$$. My wife was bit by a tick and developed stage 1 Lyme Disease, another expense! Very little, if any, activities for the kids - the pool was the only fun thing to do but shuts down at 5pm! Huge downer! There are a TON of long term residents and it just makes me wonder where the money from is going… why not make a small investment to give this park a facelift!!!! We will never stay here again…. Just too expensive and the front desk lady is not friendly at all. Whenever my wife had a complaint the response was “well, welcome to New Jersey”. On a positive note, my wife met the owner and stated she was very pleasant and accommodating.

This is our 4th RVpark I would say this place is a 3-4 stars. We only stayed 3 weeks. Due to the psycho at pine cone resort kicking us out for bogus claims. You'll see the reviews from people. Some of the spots here are really large. Ours is rather small but it's OK. We came around memorial weekend. Not by choice. The site is spendy but so is the rest of NJ. We also had a few sites to pick from. It's just We couldn't park 2 vehicles. Our tow vehicle and have our patio open with our 381m GD. We still have plenty of room. We could have made 2 extra vehicles work. I should say they allow that. We have a ram 3500, wrangler 4 door and 43' RV. A lot of things need to be updated but that's a personal more modern opinion. Their store is always open. We did get here after season started so winter could be different. They have propane on site. Laundry on sight. Which is cheaper than the mat we have been using since October 2020. Their internet is awesome. You can spend a lot of money to have 500mb type internet but the only downfall it's per device. However a gamer after 3 weeks I just used their free internet. Which is a pain. But it actually works when compared to other RV parks. It will play Netflix decent. I've been gaming offline. Web surfing, Instagram, Facebook, weather, decent. There are jeep trails nearby. A lot of them. My 2007 jku barely fit and you will get scratches. Super fun though unless you have a new car. Stay away. Tight fit. But we do with scratches of course. I also have 35" tires and had removed my bumper and back tire before we left. Beautiful area. Stores are roughly 8 miles away. The gas station is close. So is beer lol. South. North is the 8 miles plus away. Well actually grocier store. Stop n shop.

We are new travelers in our 2023 Thor Motorcoach and we wanted to go on a trip to Six Flags this year. This campground popped up on my first search and we booked for June. When we arrived, it was very easy to find the entrance to this campground and we stopped at the camp store first to check in. The front desk woman was super nice and made sure our spot was free of items from the people next to us since they were having a party. A majority of the people at this park were very respectful and quiet- I think it was just our luck we were next to very loud individuals that were throwing a big party. We didn’t complain to the campground since we knew they were only there for a night. We would choose this campground in a heartbeat again if we were to come back down to this area! The camp store had a great selection of things as well if you forgot anything. Our camping spot had full hookups: sewer water and electric- but there is a dump station if you do not get a sewer hookup spot. It was easy to maneuver the road in and out- it is a one way in and out around the park and the gate to enter after the shop has a passcode that the shop will give you. We took our whole motorhome to drive over to six flags- so the owner gave us a sign to our in our camping spot to say we are coming back.

I don’t ever post reviews but this seemed necessary lol. So this past weekend me and a couple friends brought my converted school bus which is very clean and not an eyesore at all. When I was booking they asked on the phone what class rv it was, i said I'm not 100% sure, it’s a 38ft bus, and the lady said “Okay so that’s a class A” which i didn’t disagree because Im not familiar with classes. But anyways the morning I checked in, the guy wasn’t happy about us being there, which i even apologized about. So right off the bat I didn’t feel welcomed. And fast forward to the second night we were there we had about 6 visitors hanging out playing cards. (Which we weren’t being too loud at all, I even apologized to the surrounding campers just in case and they didn’t hear a thing they told me) Around midnight came along and my friends were heading out and as they were leaving, a person doing security, which i’m not sure what their pronouns are, named Ashley came and threatened to call the cops on us. They were parked in a big parking lot and not on the site at all. So they gladly left. But that wasn’t the end of it. Ashley then came up to our bus very aggressively and yelled at us to move the 2 other cars that we had parked in the parking lot which the owners of those cars were actually staying in the bus that night! Just because they didn’t have the parking pass in the window. Which when i previously talked to a lady on the phone about parking passes she said if we had any more additional cars at the campground then we can park them in the parking lot and pay for them at the end of the weekend. When I tried to explain that to Ashley they did not care at all and said move them or they will call the cops. I kept trying to calmly explain that I was told it was okay and then my friends had no where to park since they were staying the night! And Ashley was not being reasonable or respectful at all and just continued to threaten to call the cops. We stayed about 10ft away from Ashley the entire time and for some reason as we were talking they screamed “Get out of my face! I’ll knock you out!!” to my one friend. At this point we knew that this person is probably mentally ill there was no point in talking and trying to reason. Even if we were in the wrong that’s not how you handle the situation with a paying customer. So my 2 friends took their cars and parked them a mile down the street in a random parking lot and I came to pick them up so we can all go to sleep. We didn't get to bed until around 2am because of that person. Unfortunately we still had one more night there after that, which I wasn’t looking forward to since I didn’t want to spend another night there with the “security guard” patrolling while we slept. We felt pretty uneasy. Thankfully we didn’t encounter Ashley again face to face the next night but we did see them creepily staring at us from the bathroom at around midnight. We had the lights off so they couldn’t see us inside but after that they drove by in it’s golf cart and gave us the middle finger not knowing we were watching lol. Also that night my friend and I both stepped in dog crap and tracked it in the bus, we were not happy and were confused about where it came from. The next morning we found the dog poop right in front of our bus!! And we were all wondering who would have their dog poop there and not clean it up. And then we remembered seeing Ashley patrolling with a dog the night before, which it all made sense now. We couldn’t wait to leave that morning lol. The campsite itself was fine, didn’t spend much time there but it looked nice. It’s close to the beach which was also good. And also the maintenance guy Brian that worked there was a very nice he’s a good guy. But I will never be returning because of the bad experience we had. But as long as you hide in your camper past midnight and don’t have any visitors...
