From the moment I called Fallbrook RV Resort, I knew this place was special. Reginald A. Prawl Jr., the manager, picked up the phone with a warm, welcoming energy that instantly put me at ease. He took the time to answer every single question I had, giving me a complete picture of what to expect. Just from that conversation alone, I felt confident this was the place I wanted to call home. And let me tell you, after experiencing it firsthand, I was absolutely right.
A Resort That Feels Like Home When I arrived, I was immediately struck by how well-kept and beautiful the resort is. The landscaping is pristine, the roads are smooth, and everything is immaculately clean. You can tell that the staff here takes great pride in maintaining the property, and it truly shows.
One of the first things I noticed was the gorgeous lake right in the middle of the resort. It’s perfect for catch-and-release fishing, and I’ve spent many peaceful mornings sitting by the water, soaking in the tranquility. It’s these little moments that make this place feel less like an RV park and more like a true retreat.
Top-Tier Amenities I’ve stayed in plenty of RV parks, but Fallbrook RV Resort takes things to a whole new level. The amenities here are top-notch.
The swimming pool and hot tub have become my go-to after long days. There’s nothing better than a relaxing soak while enjoying the Texas evening breeze. The fitness center is fully stocked with everything I need to keep up with my workouts. I love that I don’t have to leave the resort to stay active. The outdoor kitchen and fire pits make it easy to enjoy the company of neighbors. Some of my best memories so far have been grilling out and swapping stories under the stars. As a pet owner, I was thrilled to see the dog wash station and plenty of space for my pup to get exercise. They really thought of everything here! And if you need storage, they offer outdoor storage rentals too, which is super convenient for those staying long-term.
Premium RV Living I was lucky enough to get one of the lake-view RV sites, and it has been absolutely perfect. The concrete pads are spacious, and having full hookups makes life easy. Whether you’re here for a short stay or looking for a more permanent setup, there are plenty of options to fit your needs.
I also love that this resort is conveniently located—close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere in Houston. Whether I’m heading out for errands or looking for something fun to do, I’m never too far from where I need to be.
A Community Led by Exceptional People While the resort itself is incredible, what truly makes Fallbrook RV Resort stand out is the people. And that starts with Reginald (Reggie) Prawl.
He is hands down the best manager I’ve ever met at an RV resort. From day one, he made me feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. I’ve seen him help so many other guests with that same level of dedication, whether it’s answering questions, fixing an issue, or just stopping by to check in and say hello. He genuinely cares about every person who stays here, and it makes a huge difference.
In a world where good customer service is becoming rare, Reggie and his team go above and beyond every single day. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing firsthand how much effort they put into making this resort a great place to live, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Final Thoughts – A Five-Star Experience If you’re looking for an RV resort that feels like home, this is the place. Whether you’re staying for a few nights, a few months, or making this your permanent residence, Fallbrook RV Resort is the perfect choice.
Between the stunning amenities, peaceful atmosphere, and incredible management, I can confidently say this has been the best RV experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to stay.
Thank you, Reggie, and the entire Fallbrook team, for making this such an amazing place to live. I couldn’t be happier with...
Read more*Update read all below for background Perhaps this place will recover now that the incompetent drunks, who yell at guests, and never clean, have finally been fired. I no longer live there but friends do. I'll never give this business my money again after how I was treated when complaining to upper management about the horrible treatment from Brian and Keke. Now they have been fired for the very things I was complaining about.
*Update Moved out when management said "if you are so unhappy, why not leave?" Thanks Steven! Best advice for that rv dump ever! So much happier in our new place! Update I guess my review caused the new managers to have their drinking buddies do fake reviews as well. I guess if you never saw how amazing this place started out, you don't realize how awful it is now. The pool is still green, everything is filthy and we have no desire to go to the pool here with the large groups of people and 50 kids who don't even live here. It is a constant block party, not a resort. Since I posted my one star review, my packages have started to say "delivered" online but they mysteriously are not in the office. I know tampering with my package with the postal service was against the law but I'm not sure about FedEx. One was to my daughter and had her name on it instead of mine. When I asked the manager he just said that he and his wife were off that day. He also said, oh if it wasn't in your name it may have gotten sent back. update to my update Happy 4th! I just got yelled at by Bryan because the shipper of my package neglected to put C/O on the label. My package was marked RTS and was opened in the back room. Keke called to tell me it was in the back room and she also argued that my name was not on the package. I went to the office to get my daughter's package with my 12 year old daughter and Bryan proceeded to yell at me over the top of an older couple standing at the counter. "By the way, your name wasn't on it. How were we to know it was yours?" I said I don't want to argue about it and took my (opened) package and walked out to avoid furthering the altercation. He was still yelling as I walked out the door. I would have gladly apologized for the company not following my directions about the C/O in the address if they had not become so argumentative about the issue. I just wanted to get away from them as quickly as possible.
June 2016 High rent trailer park, not a resort. This place has gone so far downhill in the last month! I don't recommend it. I guess it was good when we moved in because it was so new. The new management does nothing. Now I refuse to use the facilities because they are dirty. I found feces in a shower one day. The pool stays dirty and the hot tub is green and has so much chlorine that it bleached my bathing suit after one time! Kids 5 and under are allowed to drive golf carts around. The rec room is always full of unsupervised kids who are wrecking the place and breaking things. The popcorn is burned every time and the popcorn machine is a fire hazard due to old oil being left in it and burned. The quiet hours are never adhered to and the pool has kids in it every night during adult only swim times. This park is being run into the ground. People are allowed to walk around with dogs off leash and some dogs are left unattended tied up under trailers.
September 2015, I gave 5 stars. Clean and level. Just got here so I may update this. The dog walk just leads outside the fence where there is no protection from the strays. A home owner across the creek has a big dog on a small chain that always seems like it may break free. I don't use the dog walk because of this. It would be nice if the dog walk area had some more fencing added to make it more...
Read moreWell where do I even begin, and by the way no one put me up to making this review... My family and I have lived here for the last 6 months and let me start by saying that this is a wonderful place to live. We feel like we're on vacation every single day here.. It is a very quiet community here and everyone is very nice. I love that fact that there is wide roads and that most people follow the speed limits when driving. It's kid and bike friendly.. My puppy loves the dog walk and the dog wash. The landscape is absolutely beautiful. The restrooms are always clean and I have never had a problem with the pool area my kids love it. The lake is fully stocked with big fish for catch and release and even has pesky turtles lol. As far as the staff there are a few issues I have came across the housekeeping lady is so rude she is always yelling at the kids and stepping out of her role here. People want do not want to have someone always telling them one thing and have another say something else. She should stay in her place as housekeeper. The management here are amazing they are not the up tight kind of people who are always down your throat. They do a Awsome job taking care of this resort. The problem is that no two people can make every single guest happy there will be ones who only see the bad in someone or some place. Those people will never be happy.. If you don't like dogs or kids or any noise at all then this might not be the place for you.. But don't ruin it for others who would see the absolute beauty in this resort and its staff members.. thanks Fallbrook Rv resort staff and community for making this one of the best places We have ever stayed.. When we return to Houston we will for sure be staying here... As for now we're off to another...
