When i used to play and lose alit the servers and hkst would soeak as time went by ,the host stop speajibg ,servers nit say name with black hair didnt speak,and othwr ,hist iffered guest ,and i rembwr lise 900 and ask a man Hist for a 25 cimp ,he sad ,NO ,only 1t,i was so huet as well as ,had lost everythjng,and bcus,i DT PLAY as i used to ,he djd NOTwant to helP with 5 more so id b able to gEt what i can eat!!! They even stare and tell me no kne took ny tickett bUt will check fir others,tell me THEY WIL CALL ME bACK ,4 a room and nevER. do,THE FOOD IS GOOD,and my bUDDY Javi,is ,nice,BUT THEY TREAT U DIF BASED ON WHAT U ,SPEND,!!!!!!!One GUY NEVER speaks and is always talk bout ne,IF U ARE A WORKER AND SAY ULL CALL BACK,HAVE,INTEGRITY DONT LIE ,OR JUDGE ME,aot oeople come talk me ask what machines are good,ir say im nice ,And i am!!! This casino is the very nice looking.. Once your in there the staff is outrageously rude.. Some of the slots do not work properly and are still kept running.. The staff does not care if the slots malfunction or you do not receive the amount you are owed.. They have very little card games with rude and none informative dealers.. The other customers are rude and depressed as well as the staff.. Worst casino i have ever been to..The buffet is not open and the drinks are shallow and over priced.. I played for days and the slots do not hit:-( The choice card center is never open and both the cashier center are under staffed.. Most the ticket machines are down and not repaired.. This is a DUMP! Walking in did not feel like your normal casino hotel. The hotel STINKS and is very outdated. The bathroom is so OLD we didnt want to shower! Stayed up all night with the noise. Health Dept needs to be called and also the city as it seems to have alot of women of the night!!!! We were SHOCKED!!!! The walk to the casino is very far and you shouldn't have to look behind your back while walking jn the dark. We asked if they had shuttle service and they said absolutely not! What a difference compared to any other HOLLYWOOD! SHAME ON YOU!!! Save the apology blanket paragraph on this page as you ob loudly know the issues for years and haven't done anything!
