Gravity Salon Studio — Hotel in Kansas City

Arrived at a hair appointment for my sister, Monica at Gravity Salon just off Barry rd. We got there 25 min early because I didn't know where this place was and hoping to get maybe a few minutes early. When we arrived one employee was working on her client, but she did see us walk in. Another hairdresser had just finished with a client and another later walked by both Monica and I and didnt say a word to us. So we waited and waited and waited. Her appt was at 2PM with someone by they name of Peg. At 1:53 we were still sitting there and still no one coming out and acknowledging us. I confirmed with Monica it ws at 2pm and it was. Hair stylist did not listen at all to what I wanted as far as a cut and highlight. Definitely left unhappy as you can barely tell I have highlights even though I showed a picture of what I have had before. Not to mention it cost me over $200 for a dry cut and a highlight. Not coming back.

Update to respond to owner: She was given a picture of a previous cut and color done to me and told exclusively that I absolutely loved that haircut and color so I wanted it replicated. Peg has been amazing! She takes the time to listen to my son as he describes what he is wanting, and has the artistic talent to create modern, elevated cuts that rise above even a master stylist.
