Courtyard Gardens — Hotel in Kenai

The manager was never present on site to tend to any of the tenants needs, drive ways were not tended to on a routing basis during winter, and tenants were told that because of budgets they could not afford to keep them up regularly. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. If you can move anywhere else please do. Manager was very rude during our move out time and kept our deposit and lied saying that we were not doing things even though we were. Being that she lives out of state I don’t know how she could possibly know this. She is a lier, thief, and rude individual all around. I've lived at Courtyard for 16 months. Everyone has their own situations and opinions, but my experience has been a really good one. Christi has been very accommodating from the beginning. She has worked with me on any issue that has come up big or small, quickly. Ex: The ice in the parking lot started melting and created a few potholes. Mentioned it to her and the next morning a bulldozer was fixing it. The maintenance guy is nice and takes care of business.
