Kerrville RV Park and Cabins — Hotel in Kerrville

new manager....very personable and trying very hard.....been six weeks now....still no improvements ... Well to add to my post it's now been 5 + months....still can't keep the grass mowed...no improvements...so that makes 2 yrs worth of promises....all the owner is doing is sucking it dry....oh did bring in 2 truck loAds of gravel to fill potholes in the roads....that's how bad they were ....tell your business to the manager ..she'll tell everyone!!!!! Can't take a wAlk in the morning without being wet up to your knees....see MY pictures how it really is.... Would think all the empty spots would tell them something....oh and it's a privilege to use the lodge....finally had company the last 2 weeks....was gonna charge our friends 60.00 to store their 10' trailer for 5 days...aand told me thaty disabled daughter couldn't park in the empty spot right beside us.... that has been empty for 5 Mo's because it was rented.....funny no one came in the 4 days they were here!!!! If you want to live in the ghetto and pay exorbitant electric bills....come here. To answer the reply you left....it won't let me reply under it......I believe that I told you thank you several times to ALL of you for my corner you allowed me to use....picture included.....I let my pictures speak volumes of the shape this place is in..... I never blamed you personally for the condition.....You can only do what you are allowed to do.....our friends that needed the storage was a 10 ft enclosed trailer not a storage shed.....my only comment against you personally was your unprofessional attitude....it was none of my business that you kicked our neighbors out for dealing drugs!!!!! Or that your kicking someone else out for being late on their rent.....I guess if making friends with the last mgr and everyone else there is a sin....I'm guilty!!!! Just like I tried to make friends with you....caring about your well-being.....my wonderful husband that you think is so put up on by me knows everything printed and agreed with what was said.....I suggest a little professional etiquette in your job and you will be a great manager....like I said I never blamed you for the shape of the place.....and maintenance can only do so much as 1 person.....have a great life Robin..........

I'm staycationing for a couple of months here. Just wanted a break off my ranch near here. Lovin it . Quiet clean and PM's are peaceful. The staff is extra friendly and helpful The pool area is always clean. The hot tub is great on cool evening. The gated community atmosphere gives you a real peace of mind and whether you are long term or just staying for the weekend everyone is treated like a VIP guest. The club house is always clean and has a library take a book leave a book honor system lots of books for those hammock days Pool table and a xx large 70 plus inch TV for nascar days or golf tournament days at the club house with lots of nice couches and seating. The internet is ok not gamer streaming fast but that makes the grandkids visit you instead of all phone and electronics time The cable has 13 channels FOX News is one of them so that's great. They also allow tailgaters and portable satellite dishes to be used on site easy to capture signal south And in the morning and evenings right next to site 39 is a pasture full of beautiful Longhorns including 4 sweet calves that are so cute for pics.Two large dumpsters are behind club house. The laundry room is big and very clean and the bath house has 7 separate bathrooms some with clean bathtubs for kids easy clean up or bubble baths after long day of antiquing in Fredericksburg HEB is only 8 miles from here and they will deliver to the park from web site. That means no driving the rv to get groceries The prices are so reasonable for what you get. And only 67 miles to Fiesta in San Antonio happening right now. And 55 miles to Fiesta Six flags Texas Can't find anything wrong except no one will deliver pizza here lol so you'll just have to BBQ I was going to stay for a month keeping my rv here for six months just all set up for that weekend escape. So safe here not worried about being away from the rv 24 hr security cams are a reL plus a must stay when in or around Kerrville or...

Place is ok. For the price, one would expect more. Current guest here for work and "need" the location as it is where my work is area wise. The internet is horrible and basically non existent for streaming. I met another current resident and they informed me they pay separately for private internet. So. If you need it for work or need it for evening entertainment, basically forget it. Read a book. I have tried in the daytime as well and i have basically stopped watching tv or trying to work from here because again, the internet is basically non existent. Aside from that, it is okay. It is not a resort by social standards, but they do offer amenities. The last office person is no longer here, she was nice and tried to be helpful. Not sure whos running it now as i haven't really seen anyone. It is normally quiet so thats a plus and the rvers i have met are fairly friendly. They have plenty of shower stalls but all have been locked since i have been here except one... so... good luck there. They do offer a laundry matt and a weight room with basics. Im yet to try that though. They have a pool table but the sticks are warped or bad so if you have your own cue, your in luck. The pingpong table is broken. Like laterally brokem. When it rains? Expect mud as the park pads are hard ground and not cement pads. Its not an ugly park and i have been in worse aesthetically speaking but without internet service. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone. I only gave it 2 stars because the location...
