Royal & Inn Suite — Hotel in Knoxville

My husband is going into the military so we are here for him to swear in and I just wanted a cheap bed for one night... so I got a NONSMOKING room and went to my room. It was fine at first. Everything looked decent. Except at the very back of the room there is a door to the bedroom on the opposite side of the inn that has a crack so you can see straight through. So that creeped me out quite a bit.. but then I fold down the bed, there is a stain that to me looks like blood. And I moved the pillow and there is a cigarette hole straight through a pillow... Would never recommend to anyone else. After all that, they wouldn’t give me a full refund. Terrible business and service. Spend more and just go...

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, and anyone that looks on their website will tell you that as well! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The manager made sure we had a comfortable stay, which comfortable it was! It had an excellent view of the ocean, less than 500 feet from it and surprisingly was less expensive than I thought it was going to be. So when someone tells you to look up your vacation online to reserve your motel, attractions, airfare, ETC... then I would listen up if I were you, because it is definitely a MUST!!! Thank you Royal Inn and Suites for making our stay the best EVER!!!...
