Sunbeam Motel — Hotel in Knoxville

Lets say it was disgusting. Starting with having a hard time unlocking the door. Turned on the air/heat unit and it immediately smelled. Smelled like mold in the room. The bathroom door barely shut and on the back of the bathroom door was splattered with blood and what looked like feces. There was bugs crawling in the dirty unclean bathtub as well. The water had no water pressure and barely ran. I went to pull down the blankets and there was a bug dead on the pillow. It was very unpleasant. Would not recommend. I will not...

I have driven by this Motel a friend stayed in a while back I called to check their rights on a weekly and the nightly it's fine they had no weekly I didn't even ask the price because when I asked about my service animal I was informed no pets! Even though I stated this is my service animal she is with me at all times I didn't think the businesses were allowed to turn away a service animal so they will not be getting my business or anyone I know. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in ever. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were absolutely disgusting. The walls are filthy, all the appliances are outdated, the bathroom was falling apart and the water sprayed every where in the shower. The bed was so old and hard my back was sore the next day.
