Trails End Campground — Hotel in La Follette

Never seen such a place long winding very narrow rod to get to the place and it was in the middle of the woods where it looks like the leveled spots to park and put in water & electric. The place had some campers with 4x4's looking to go riding. Not where I wanted to relax! And it looked like if it rained the road would wash out! The road to the campground was so narrow we had to back up twice with our trailer to let other vehicles get through. Not a happy camper! We had to get a room for the night so we could find another campground. When I complained and said no way were we staying there 3 nights and expect a refund I was told they would have to talk to the owner. If your a 4x4 rider looking for a redneck campground this is it. Read to the bottom, it's the most important We are here right now, the campgrounds are great. We have a nice shady spot. We stayed at Royal Blue last time & there is no shade, everyone is lined up one after another & I ate dust all day because people would fly past. (I'm told the campground at Brimstone is just like Royal Blue) Trails End is more like a normal campground where everyone isn't right on top of each other, it is more divided into different areas & it has trees!! It did rain a couple of days ago so I'm sure that helped with the dust. It would be great if they sprayed something on the roads around the campground on days when it's dusty, but other than a little dust this place is very nice.* Be sure to go to their website for directions because your GPS will bring you in the back way which is scary even if u aren't pulling something & a motor home would be screwed...

We have stayed here i past w our class a. Never again. Or breaker kept tripping called twice no answer no return call. No internet access and friends stayed next door one night using only a 110 volt cord. Left early as they were sick. Plus live close by. Someone was going to help them With charges. They sure did 144.00 for one night stay. Well they just list both of our business in future. We will stay at Full Throttle. Very nice place better price. Good internet gas store. Beer restrsurant.
