Great Boondocking camp! Not far off the freeway but quiet and peaceful. The shady campground has a clean vault toilets, 4 designated camp sites with level parking, enough space for a tent, picnic table, and fire ring. There are a couple other cleared areas for overflow parking as well. There are a few dirt roads to hike into the forest and along the creek. We saw elk, birds and butterflies. It's free, though. We've stayed there 4 times over a few years and have only had a total of 1 other group there.
