If you want to deal with a park manager with a nasty attitude this is your place! Sandra Grant is the worst park manager we have ever come in contact with. There hasnt been a person we have talked to that hasn't agreed. She is nasty and rude. And what got her all in a tizzy with us was that I ordered homeschooling supplies for our daughter and had them mailed to our spot. We are from SC and are in CA for my husband's job. She got snappy about checking the mail and from that point forward she was a flat out rude. It literally blows my mind how checking the mail can be such an inconvenience for paying customers. The mailbox is right in front of the office. Literally. And each and everytime she was rude to my son and I we smiled and said nothing. She has been a big lesson in teaching character and kindness to our kids! Other issues include our children being chased by a dog that was not on a leash. If you are on Sandy's good side you must be an exception to the rule here because she doesnt apply the rules to everyone. When we complained about the dog she said "no way". We had witnesses, yes way. She also sent out a 3 page rule amendment where she stated everything everyone was doing wrong but where it came to other people's dogs barking she wanted to make sure everyone knew her dog was, again, an exception to the rule. On several occasions there have been fireworks set off well past the 10pm quiet time rule and on their beaches. Which, again, is a big no on the rules....you get the point. If she likes you you'll be fine. If she doesnt you wont. This place is nothing special either so to have to deal with rudeness and attitude it's not worth it. There is a brand new park with an area for kids and a beach right down the road. I'd look into that, or any of the others, in Lake Elsinore before coming here. My husband was at Roadrunner for over a year before moving down the road to this park for the last 2 months. Never had a issue. Ever. The manager there is lovely and kind. Never a harsh thing to say. The only reason he moved was because his friend was at this park. We wouldnt have left Roadrunner if we would have been warned about Sandra! Now...

It reminds me of the high end parks on the Gulf Coast. (But this isn't a place to come to party all night & let's keep it that way.). There are a very limited number of sites at this peaceful, beautiful, well-kept facility. The sites are all back-ins. The design suggests that about 1/2 are intended to give motorhomes a view out of the front window - a design we've previously found only at high end Class A resorts - and we love them! A separate area provides for towables to have a view out their back area. (There were a few motorhomes in this area, but no towables in the RV area.) While it is beach front, a posted sign indicates no swimming. Our two week visit suggested that most visitors stay much longer than that. If there's a downside to the park, it's that shopping & dining are on the other side of the lake. For us, that minor inconvenience was a small price to pay for this hidden gem. Promise you won't tell others...
Read moreI am living in paradise. I have not been relaxed, since I was a teen and my parents took care of everything and I had no worry. The atmosphere out in our lake front home, could not be better. I enjoy the lake floating on my huge raft that fits 6. The park itself is clean. Laundry room has always been very clean. My favorite is the doggy run at the park! What wonderful owners to provide this anemities. My husband and I love taking our two dogs to the park so they can run, play, and due their duty. And they provide doggy bags for patrons.. and a garbage can. The doggy area also provides for us, 2 chairs, beautiful trees. In the evening it is well lit. I am in love and heaven on earth. I never want to leave my perfect spot...
