Havasu Dunes Resort — Hotel in Lake Havasu City

Impressive long term stay facility. I could not have been more please with each of the units I sampled. Each was well beyond impressively equiped with everything from seasonings (no seriously garlic, parsley, Italian herbs, pepper, and many more), soap, sponge, dishwashers, dishwasher liquid, dish soap, pots, pans, cups, utensils, and glasses of every type, microwave, oven... EVERYTHING you have in your home kitchen minus the cook (yeh I don't have one of those either, but you get my drift). If you want more from a hotel you've got real issues that won't be addressed by ANY hotel that I have ever been in. It's everything any, yet not one, of the Airbnb properties could be...AND MORE! That's just the kitchen!!! Pool towels, múltiple pools, múltiple hot tubs, and an incredible view nock this place out of any realm of expected hotel facility. It's literally a home better than home away from home. Wow. No really...wow! Did I mention of the views and the sunsets and sunrises? Did I forget to mention outdoor grill areas at each of the pools???? Or yes I did because who would expect such a thing? I paid 'top dollar' for lack of planning ahead but I couldn't leave... I extended three times and sampled the studio one and two bedroom units. Absolutely worth every penny and with my rediculous rate of roughly $100 nightly it was a steal and absolute steal! We were traveling Utah, Nevada and Arizona looking at RV parks where we may want to park our class A RV for 2025-2026 winter we found the Havasu Dunes online and did a walk in they were very friendly and happily accommodated us for 6-nights we needed a ground level room due to my wife having a recent knee replacement the access to the condo was easy it had a small private patio and fenced in yard between the condo and hwy after dark it was very quiet even though it faced hwy 95 we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and rec room with shuffle board and a pool table we also used the complimentary laundry room since we had been on the road 10 days before we arrived we also used the two natural gas barbecues which are located in the pool area the barbecues were VERY clean and well maintained even more than my personal barbecue at home lol the condo had all the necessary pots,pans, utensil’s stove with oven full sized fridge 4 place kitchen table there are also many places to eat within 10-min from our room…you can’t go wrong staying at...

We had the studio floor plan as pictured, for a week. They called it a studio mini. It was small, but we're not huge people and it ended up working out well. I used the ironing board across from the kitchen counter, making the kitchen work adequately. The fridge under the counter required you to stand on your head, but hey, it had a freezer for a bit of ice, and even held a couple pre-made dinners. Park under your unit and carry luggage up the steps (most, but not all, units). We had a lake view. The lake is behind some hills across 2, yes 2, 4-lane roads. The traffic noise was not pleasant when sitting outside. However, we did have a lovely sunset view every night! Everything was newly painted outside, with lovely metal potted flowers everywhere. The laundry room was next to the office and not busy, 4 of each machine, and free. Nice wine and cheese gathering when we got there. Each of the 3 sections had its own small heated pool and hot tub. In-unit pool towels, along with plenty of nice linens. Overall...
