Our recent stay at Harmony Inn in Huntley surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and dedication of Dave, the owner. From the moment we arrived, exhausted after a long journey, Dave went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.

What truly stands out in our minds is the extraordinary service we received upon arrival. Despite our late-night arrival, Dave personally greeted us and provided a hands-on explanation of the property and its amenities. He guided us to our room and took the time to inform us about the various activities available on the property. His warm welcome and personalized attention made us feel instantly at ease and excited for our stay.

Throughout our time at Harmony Inn, Dave's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident. He was always available to answer any questions we had and went out of his way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Dave's thoughtfulness extended to our little one as well. He provided us with a baby play set, ensuring that our 7-month-old son had everything he needed to stay entertained and comfortable during our stay. Moreover, Dave even arranged for a baby showerer to come to our room the next day, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

In addition to Dave's exceptional service, the accommodations at Harmony Inn were outstanding. Our room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The serene surroundings and beautiful property added to the overall charm of our experience.

One instance of their exceptional service was when I accidentally left my prescription glasses behind. The staff was quick to respond and arranged for them to be shipped to our home in Miami promptly. Their attentiveness and efficiency in handling this matter were truly impressive.

Furthermore, despite our forgetfulness in ordering breakfast in advance, the staff remained gracious and accommodating, providing us with fresh breakfasts each morning. Their flexibility made our mornings stress-free and allowed us to start our days on a positive note.

The location of Harmony Inn was also ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions while offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

On our travels, we try to find the hidden gems, and we’re so glad we found Harmony Inn this trip! Booking our room was effortless, and communication was established early on via email and text. The property is just off the main road, up a well-maintained, paved driveway. The Harmony Inn sign is well lit and easy to see as you approach from either direction. We selected Room 6 for our stay. It is lovely, and had everything we could possibly need. Take the time to explore the grounds and meet the chickens, ducks, turkeys, and the geese! They are well cared for and are living their best lives here! Do yourself a favor and be sure to spend some time in the common areas and meet the other guests! We enjoyed coffee with a gentleman all the way from Amsterdam one morning, and cocoa with a father/son duo before they headed out for the slopes the next morning! It warms the heart, and makes the experience of staying at a place, such as Harmony Inn, all the richer! We stayed 3 relaxing nights here. We usually travel in our RV because hotels just aren’t clean to our liking. This time we weren’t able to bring our RV, so it was so cool to find this place! It’s beyond clean! We have never stayed in a house type of accommodation so it was definitely a new experience. Everything is perfectly thought out here. The hospitality is on a level you just don’t see anymore. When we arrived, the owner showed us around. Gave us some extra towels, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a short stay (one night) and I wish we had more time! The property is beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there with snow which was a treat since we don’t see that often at home. Our room came with snacks, beverages, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap. And it wasn’t the travel sized ones either, which saves us a trip to the store. The homemade muffins in the morning were spectacular! Blueberry and chocolate chip! I definitely would have ordered a dozen and taken them home with me!
