Lower Bayview Campground — Hotel in Lakeport

Wasn't very happy with our camp stay here. There's barely any room for tents to be placed and we were at a slop. When we went down to the lake for a swim the beach was completely rocky and painful. I reccomend swim shoes if you're going. We ended up leaving after 10 mins. We couldn't even swim the lake ground was to painful. Also the trees seem to have no up keep. During our stay there were a ton of degree falling down on us. I'd reccomend some other place for camping. This place is a definate no, there wasn't any view for all the dead trees...

This campground was pretty nice, we had a first come first serve spot. Any of the sites in the 90s have a decent peek at the lake through the trees. It was relaxing peaceful quiet perfect close to town but you're in nature just watch for the raccoons they have a tendency to sneak up on you LOL fire pits bathroom showers all amenities for camping wonderful place good employees...
