The casino is very small and very smoky. There is a small bar located here and the employees are more concerned with talking to each other and playing games with each other than they are in helping the customers. The employees also favor their friends that come into the bar. Let me expand on this: When I walked up to the bar there was a female and a male working here. The male was talking to a lady friend that was on the customer side of the counter, they were talking about drinking and other fun things they do, this went on for about 3 or 4 minutes as I stood there. Then when she left he looked at me, then turned towards 2 other guys sitting at the bar, they were talking like they were friends and giving fist bumps, then the bar tender rang a bell for some reason. All this time the female bartender was walking around the bar area and she looked at me a few times. I kept waiting for someone to come take my order. Now about 5 full minutes passed and I finally asked if I could get a drink, the girl turned and looked at the guy bartender who was busy talking to his friends. She finally took my order.|| Now on to the hotel. The check in desk people were very nice. We got to our room, it is old, small, and needs updating. The TV is a 20" small TV. There is a mini fridge, a very small microwave, and a coffee pot (mini pod type). The room was 90% clean, although it did smell dusty.|| After we woke up in the morning, we found these 3 white plastic things with 2 large nails in them laying on the floor. It turns out they use these to keep the dust ruffle nailed to the bed. Can you imagine what it would be like it we stepped on one of these? We told the girls behind the desk when we checked out and they didn't seem to care.|| During the early evening hours (9PM) there was a band playing in the lounge, we were a little hungry so we went to this little café and ordered 1 Philly cheese steak sandwich, paid for it and was told they will call us when it was ready. After 30 minutes we were concerned that we had not received our food yet. We walked over to the check stand and was told it was coming up soon. We sat down and waited another 15 minutes, still no food. We went back to check again, and they could not find our tag. We showed them our receipt and the host remember us, she went back to check again and said it would be right up. Again, 20 minutes, no food. I then asked for the manager, a lady showed up and I asked if she was the manager, she replied that she was the floor supervisor. I told her the entire story and her host agreed. I told the supervisor that she WAS NOT doing her job! I then asked for my money back. She then called a young man over who said he was the manager, he looked to be 21 years old. All 3 of them stood there dumbfounded, then he left and went to the kitchen and there was no cook in there and they could not find any of our tags. After 10 minutes, they finally refunded our money. I then again expressed how terrible this was and that neither the manager or floor supervisor were not doing their jobs. We were very unhappy. It is now 11pm and we were dancing, when all of a sudden the young nice host came over with a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I am not sure who made it if the cook wasn't there.|| I have no inkling to ever...

This time, we spent several days (Thursday night until Monday morning) here.
First thing I must note! This is a Non Smoking facility! The whole thing. My hubby and I both loved this!
The first time we visited, there was a girl at the check-in desk who I felt couldn't wait to get rid of me so she could get back on her phone. Personally, I would have terminated her for this as this is her job, not her personal time, but that's just me. She was dismissive, and I felt like I was an annoyance to her!
Our room this first time was very comfortable and clean, and I felt like I could kick off my shoes and enjoy my time like at home.
However, this time at check-in, they were very pleasant. The only thing was we were told straight up they would not be cleaning our rooms on the daily, that we could request that in be cleaned in 3-4 or more days (terrible policy, people pay a lot to rent a room especially with check-in being 3pm and checkout 11 am, do better hotels).
They also told us that because people steal towels, if we needed clean ones, we'd have to haul the dirty ones three floors down to the front desk to change them out! Disgusting! I paid almost $500. Why am I expected to do this? Note to management, NOT GOOD POLICIES!!!
Our room, although it looked clean, the carpets had a couple of large nasty looking stains and several other stains giving me the germophobic vibe of creepy crawlies being there. I had to keep putting on my shoes every time I walked away from the bed.
One of the face towels wasn't white and clean as the rest? Again, it's not good!
The restaurant had really good food even though it appeared not to. The staff were attentive, helpful, and respectful.
This hotel, as well as others, needs to do better! Where is the hospitality?
Come on, it's also a casino. My hubby lost more than $300 there and others lose much more! STOP short changing people like me! Keep your rooms and floors clean. A little extra goes a long way in customer service.
Don't be cheap! Hire people to keep your business running at top par if you want people like me to return and be happy!
Pay your employees, clean the rooms, collect and deliver the towels to your guests!
I will stay here again but hope it's...
Read moreIf you want my honest opinion the place is so wrong.....the way they treat there paying customers and which were repeat guest at the hotel.....the rooms were actually nice but the staff and oh the " Security " are a joke and do not do there job.....in fact I should sue them.....since when is it ok for the front desk to give your room number out to someone who comes to the front desk asking for you....the front desk calls our room says a M. Harrison is here to see you...we said she is not a friend of ours and hang up.....front desk calls right back and says mrs.harrison is on her way to our room.....we say you better call security cause she's not our friend, and less than 20 seconds later she is barging through our hotel room door, attacks my girlfriend in our hotel room I have to get involved to break it up and manage to get her out the door which took both of us to close the door on her and security is not even there yet.....secrutity finally shows up like 2 minutes later which by this time is actually close to 5 minutes after everything happened and we had asked front desk to get security to our room.....they then try and take my girlfriend down to there detaining room like she was a criminal....to wait for the sheriffs to get there.....then have the nerve 2 days later to 86 us from the casino for 6 months.....when if they had done there jobs correctly in the first place like a professional hotel treats their paying guest and not given our hotel room number out to a random person asking at the front desk and then had security gotten there when we first requested them to, well none of that would have happened.. . In fact I'm going to contact my attorney and they will be hearing from them with a...
