Hacienda Estates — Hotel in Lancaster

AWFUL management, staff I also not very good. The manager is hardly ever in the office, and when he is and you need to address literally anything he will end the conversation, shoo you away and shut the door. Corporate doesn't do anything about management. Its truly a losing battle trying to get any insight or help from the office regarding ANYTHING of importance. Also, management is a creep who makes unnecessary remarks to woman and takes pictures of children (my 13 year old) at the pool and ignores you when confronted. Corporate also brushed it off. I truly wish I had a different option as to where I can live. Hacienda estates has good residents and a great staff. Might want to step up the security in case of any outside foul play. Other than that it's a nice place to live...
