The front desk staff was not helpful. The young lady running the front desk actually told me, a 55 year old RN and ex smoker, that the room she was putting me in did not smell like smoke. It was infuriating . She proceeded to tell me "I dont smell smoke in the room. I sprayed fabreeze. It might be a little musty". My question is , if they knew they had guests coming why wasn't the room clean? Also if a hotel knows that a family of 7 ...5 children and two adults ... Is coming in late , why would they not have rooms close together . I had requested adjoining... I had to have my key to my 2nd room re-keyed 4 times. The same young lady , when I told her that I was letting her know about having the key fixed she said oh ok ... No empathy or oh I am sorry for your inconvenience ...nothing... There was another young lady on duty whom I asked a question, about which door to use to get outside to the pool . she barely looked up from her phone used her head to point to the door , when I requested clarification she acted completely annoyed with me... The guest... I did look on line for other accommodations but was unable to find a single room available . I had to out my feelings aside and take care of the 5 children I had with me . We did need to stay there two nights according to our cross country trip schedule. I requested rooms at best western across the country , from Wyoming to Maryland and back , 6 weeks prior to arriving . I was very disappointed with the lack of forethought for my stay from the hotel staff arranging the rooms . My overall impression of the best western chain during my cross country trip is that , beside the premier in Kansas city Kansas and the Denver bestwestern plus , I do not have any desire to stay in any other best western...
Read moreOur stay here was WONDERFUL! We checked in around 4pm with David manning the front desk. Really nice guy. He put us in a 2nd floor room and when I asked if there was something on the first floor near an exit - for ease of taking my dogs out. He said he had a room that he doesn’t rent unless there no choice because it’s next to the boiler room and there might be a little noise. I said that it was fine, but -jokingly- I said, if to to bothersome I’d be back😄. It was absolutely fine, we, including our dogs, didn’t notice anything. The room was impeccable and super comfy! The entire hotel was. The next morning when taking my dogs out through the lobby, David met us with little gift bags for the dogs. So Sweet! The free breakfast was really nice and good. We met additional staff members, all were very cheerful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting the area for a quick bourbon trip! So close to many...
Read moreI had an outstanding stay at the Best Western Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel's amenities, including a well-maintained pool and fitness center, added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to suit every palate.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was its convenient location. It was close to both attractions and dining options, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected while on the go.
I can't speak highly enough of the Best Western Hotel's commitment to excellent service and comfort. It's no wonder this is my go-to choice when visiting this area. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch...
