early october 2024 check in was very easy and quick. receptionist very helpful. I quite like the text communication as well frankly and the self check out. We had the Tennessee room and we were even able to call in to add an extra day easily in our case and new information was easily just texted to me.

The view was so peaceful and it is a nice distance from Leavenworth and some great trail heads. Watching the river mists early in the morning with a hot drink by the large window or outside on your balcony area or in the other outdoor seating areas (theres a few choices!) was really quite peaceful and soothing.

We had arrived an hour earlier than anticipated and the beer and snowflake strudel we had ordered was already waiting there so im not sure how long it ends up sitting there if you order those items, but regardless, it is very finely sealed and everything tasted great and was wonderfully chilled, so no regrets there.

It says free breakfast in the amenities on google. This is not the case when you stay at this particular location, which is specified on their website. So just saying so for the folks who google only at face value.

3 complaints (3rd one is barely one as it falls more heavily on individual guests and had no bearing on my star decision):

  1. bathroom uses refillable bottles for shampoo and conditioner and it was clear said bottles had not been cleaned in a bit as the bottom of the bottles were getting a dark mold where moisture collects and drips off. Only issue of cleanliness in the whole suite. Everything else was spotless and well kept.
  2. The fireplace remote: it only worked sometimes. it really is a very finnicky thing. The timer was really more a suggestion rather than a definite, and it just would not shut off at all at times if you selected longer times, and when you tried to turn it off yourself....sometimes it simply wouldnt. it took many tries at one point to get the fire turned off.
  3. thin walls and floors. our last few days we had noisier guests arrive and boy did you hear Everything. From what sounded like Dancing around at the early late hours going into early hours just about, to conversations and arguments. So be mindful of that...and Yourselves I...

Very disenchanted with this property. I chose this unit based on traveler reviews, however, BEWARE. The reviews can be misleading - All Seasons is no longer a B&B (breakfast is no longer served) and they do not provide any personalized services. To All Season's credit, their personal web site does not state B&B, however, all of the travel sites do. All Seasons provides a clean room with a bed, a seating area, and a bathroom. Yes, there is a mini fridge and a Keurig, but the coffee was not replaced and it is assumed that you will be cleaning your own bed. The view of the river from our patio is it's only redeeming quality and the reason I give this place at least 2 stars. Upon entry to the property, the landscape is beautiful, however, when you arrive to the back of the property, where we wanted to spend our time relaxing and taking in the views of the river, the grounds were very unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The planters along the walkways out back were absent of any flowers - only dirt and weeds and the wooden decking leading to the common areas is questionable. Our patio had obviously not been cleaned nor swept before our arrival as there was an empty beer bottle and beer caps left behind. We continually had to sign into our wifi. Someone does live on the property, yet, we never saw them. If I would have been shown the clippers and yard gloves, I would have been happy to pull weeds and trim the backyard up for them. There are better options in the area where the property managers/owners care about what they are doing. I hate to leave a bad review, but travelers should know that if they are paying $240/nt to stay, this is what they get for their dollar. Save your money and at least consider the Haus Hanika which is right next door. It is a beautifully landscaped property with attention to detail, and an endless, unobstructed view...

We stayed for one night in August while vacationing in the area. We were in the Yukon room. The place was very clean and comfortable. It had a very cabin in the woods vibe and I wish we could have spent more time in Leavenworth so we could have enjoyed this property longer. We booked online in advance. The highlight for me was the view of the river right outside the room. There was also a big picture window with a window seat that would be perfect in the colder months. I can imagine sitting in there with coffee and watching it snow. It was beautiful weather when we stayed so we sat out by the river and had our morning coffee. People were floating down in inner tubes and waving to us. It was fun to watch them go from the calm section into a bit rougher area. Everybody seemed to enjoy that part! Our room was in the lower level so there was a small carpeted staircase to get down there, no elevator. That was no problem for us but if you are booking, be mindful of that if you have concerns with stairs. I was a little concerned with it being down stairs like in a basement but there were plenty of windows and a separate exterior door to walk out back. Communication leading up to our stay including directions for checking in and out was clear and very much appreciated. Getting here was easy. We were hesitant to walk into town because we weren’t sure about walking that road in the dark but it’s only about a mile to two miles from town. There was a section of the road that didn’t have a sidewalk. You could probably do it in a bike. We drove to town and parked in a public lot and did plenty of walking there. We had an enjoyable time and I would for sure stay here again.

Are you looking for a place near the town of Leavenworth with the feel of being immersed in the tranquil beauty of nature? If so, look no further than All Seasons River Inn. The inn is located just minutes away from town by car and it sits right on the Wenatchee River. Each room has a back porch and seating to chill on and enjoy the beauty and sounds of the river. Deer and other wildlife frequently are seen and if you so choose you can even take a quick dip in the ice cold waters. Just be cautious of the current. My wife and I enjoyed our room. It was equipped with a large spa tub and shower. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed the theme of our “Rio Grande” themed room. Each room is themed and unique- some are limited to a mini-fridge and microwave while others have a full kitchen, so you can choose what works best for you. The flatscreen tv is equipped with a vast variety of streaming apps so you can chill at night and watch your favorite show or cuddle up and enjoy a movie. After a busy and active day and a good soak in the spa tub, it is a perfect way to end the night. Communication from the property is excellent. Dean is very friendly and helpful. He welcomes you and provides important information via email and text to make your stay is as easy and stress-free as possible. All Seasons River Inn is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars place to stay in Leavenworth. My wife and I have stayed in Leavenworth more than a dozen times over the years, and we would rate this stay at All Seasons River Inn as our favorite one yet. We are certainly looking forward to returning in the future. We had a stellar stay and so did our pup, Sweet Pea.
