early october 2024 check in was very easy and quick. receptionist very helpful. I quite like the text communication as well frankly and the self check out. We had the Tennessee room and we were even able to call in to add an extra day easily in our case and new information was easily just texted to me.
The view was so peaceful and it is a nice distance from Leavenworth and some great trail heads. Watching the river mists early in the morning with a hot drink by the large window or outside on your balcony area or in the other outdoor seating areas (theres a few choices!) was really quite peaceful and soothing.
We had arrived an hour earlier than anticipated and the beer and snowflake strudel we had ordered was already waiting there so im not sure how long it ends up sitting there if you order those items, but regardless, it is very finely sealed and everything tasted great and was wonderfully chilled, so no regrets there.
It says free breakfast in the amenities on google. This is not the case when you stay at this particular location, which is specified on their website. So just saying so for the folks who google only at face value.
3 complaints (3rd one is barely one as it falls more heavily on individual guests and had no bearing on my star decision):
Very disenchanted with this property. I chose this unit based on traveler reviews, however, BEWARE. The reviews can be misleading - All Seasons is no longer a B&B (breakfast is no longer served) and they do not provide any personalized services. To All Season's credit, their personal web site does not state B&B, however, all of the travel sites do. All Seasons provides a clean room with a bed, a seating area, and a bathroom. Yes, there is a mini fridge and a Keurig, but the coffee was not replaced and it is assumed that you will be cleaning your own bed. The view of the river from our patio is it's only redeeming quality and the reason I give this place at least 2 stars. Upon entry to the property, the landscape is beautiful, however, when you arrive to the back of the property, where we wanted to spend our time relaxing and taking in the views of the river, the grounds were very unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The planters along the walkways out back were absent of any flowers - only dirt and weeds and the wooden decking leading to the common areas is questionable. Our patio had obviously not been cleaned nor swept before our arrival as there was an empty beer bottle and beer caps left behind. We continually had to sign into our wifi. Someone does live on the property, yet, we never saw them. If I would have been shown the clippers and yard gloves, I would have been happy to pull weeds and trim the backyard up for them. There are better options in the area where the property managers/owners care about what they are doing. I hate to leave a bad review, but travelers should know that if they are paying $240/nt to stay, this is what they get for their dollar. Save your money and at least consider the Haus Hanika which is right next door. It is a beautifully landscaped property with attention to detail, and an endless, unobstructed view...
