Stayed here for four months in 2023, early-June through early-October. It was our first time in Maine and aside from the unseasonably rainy weather, we really enjoyed our stay at the park. Shane, Sonya, and Cole are great! Friendly, helpful, and great hosts. The pool is really nice and they have other activities in the park geared towards kids. There are also activities every weekend for all ages. Two nice bath houses with separate bathrooms and coin-operated showers. They have walking trails throughout the park which are nice. Most RV sites are back-in (the numbered ones) but are very spacious. They also have pull-thru sites (the lettered ones) that also have plenty of room, although closer together and some don't have any trees for shade. No WiFi in the park... only at the office/rec room. Our only drawback (and a minor one, made worse by the weather) was that all the roads and RV spaces are dirt. All in all... we highly recommend this park. About 50% of the spaces are used by seasonal campers so make reservations early!! If you stay, we recommend: - Shain's of Main in Sanford. Lobster rolls and ice cream! - Acadia National Park. It's a bit of a drive, but a beautiful park. - Ogunquit Beach. If you're in to the beach scene.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to put our RV close to home for a good chunk of time {5 weeks} that we could stay and still go to work. The place looks nice and the bathrooms and pool are clean but the vibe is creepy and big brother like. The campsite we were on was all grass , which sounds nice but the grass is soaking wet for most of the day -NOT due to rain, and makes a mess of your RV, I put a rug down and got "spoken to" by owner. I had to remove it when I wasn't at the camp. Also the camp fire pit was 3 feet from the road and the constant traffic of cars, golf carts , and people going by was awkward. The alternative would have been to stay in the field area which has zero shade and zero privacy. The owner also drove by every 20 minutes in his golf cart checking for who knows what. It was the MOST uncomfortable campground I have ever camped. We stayed 2 weekends out of all that time. So sad and a...

Great campground!! Perfect place for my family and I! The ownership is amazing they will do anything for anyone and they go above and beyond then I would ever expect. There pool is amazing and so much fun. Two years open and there doing and adding more over the next few years definitely a place to be now so your foot is in the dirt for when they expand and add more. All of the seasonals are very friendly and always happy to help in any way they can. If you meet Tim one if there seasonals he will help you in every way he can just like ownership does. They help all renters and all seasonals and if you're not happy with something I promise within minutes of someone knowing it you will become very happy as they do everything to fix anything. They take pride in making sure there campers are happy! Thank you to the owners and seasonals for making everyone happy and feel right at home!! This resort gets a 10+++...
