Sleep Number mattresses are excellent. And the customer service is excellent -- from Michael in sales -- to the delivery guys. Everyone was professional but not stuffy. or overbearing. As for sleep, I slept straight through the night for the first time in months! You can adjust your desired firmness and the bed will still adjust to your pressure points to give you the best sleep possible. These mattresses aren't cheap, but they are well worth every penny. I wake up well rested, alert, and pain-free! No neck, back, o shoulder pain That alone is well worth it!

After several buying pillows on own from various retailers, I bought one from Sleep Number. It's perfect! Michael was very helpful. in my selecting the prefect pillow. I also like their 100-day return policy, -- just in case. I'm keeping everything!

We were very close to purchasing a sleep number bed online but decided that it was a really big purchase so at least one of us needed to drive out to a Sleep Number store to see the options in person. I chose the Lee's Summit store because of the very positive reviews from prior buyers. I am so glad that I did! I was greeted by the manager, Michael, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Soon after, another customer he had talked to on the phone came in and he got my approval for me to pass me on to his able colleague, Leonard. What a terrific experience! He answered all of my questions regarding the mattress options and I never felt pressured to buy when we were done. Since we had already done the research ahead of time on Sleep Number bed options, I was prepared to move forward and Leonard helped me through getting financing set up. No hassle, no pressure! Regular mattresses can be expensive and you are supposed to change them every 8 years!!! With these they don't lose their firmness or softness. You can control it! We know people that have had their sleep number bed for years and still love it. No flipping or turning these. You also have the option to raise your head and feet. The technology has really come along way. Your smartphone can control the position of your bed!!! Invest in something that will last. I had no idea. At least be open to the option they have a range of pricing and they will fit the mattress for you not try to put you into the most expensive one. Loved our experience here!
