Let me preface that we don't do big chain hotels. We don't do people much either. || We search for small, out of the way, low key places to stay. With that said:||||PROS:||- Janet at the front desk is a gem! So helpful. Thank you!||- Stayed in motel room upstairs. It was clean. A tad cramped but comfortable. Clean and with covid we felt just fine in there.||- Room came with a small refer with a freezer, free wifi [spotty indoors but worked great outdoors], and a TV that worked great, table with two chairs, TV chair and king sized bed.||- A/C in room was perfect during a 95+ degree heat wave in October. ||- Favorite memory of the entire 2 week vacation was the 4 nights here, sitting on the veranda upstairs in front of our room, in warm Oct nights, listening to the soft wind blowing thru the giant trees shading the entire area and drinking a cold beer or margarita.||- Room came with microwave [came in handy when late and tired and restaurant closed we were able to find micro food at the grocery store to eat].||- Did ask and received a coffee pot, two burner electric hot plate and some cook ware so we could make some of own meals. ||- Leeds Utah, all in all was a terrific little town with kind people and a lot of green space for an oasis in the red cliff desert.||||CONS:||- DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE MOTEL. Trip Adviser was making it seem they were. But they are not allowed in the motel.||- Not all rooms have kitchenettes which is difficult without one as there are no restaurants except for the Mexican place at the towns edge. Which isn't open all the time. Nearest after that is Hurricane UT.||||Would refer! Including for RV camping.||Would return ..... if they ever decide to allow dogs...

Read moreWe stayed one night and since it was 100 degrees outside, we pretty much kept to our trailer. However, Janet who checked us in was very friendly and professional and very accommodating. It was a very quiet park. I didn't see any bad activity going on at all. The park was very clean and very shady. Some sites were in complete shade which was nice on such a hot day. Fortunately, they had long pull-throughs that we could use because our landing gear was broken and we had to stay hooked up to the truck. There was ample room (at least 15 feet) between the pull-throughs which was very nice and everyone had a couple of trees and a picnic table.
The WiFi worked great and there were at least 120 cable TV channels which came in great. We had been boondocking for the previous 8 days, so it was really nice to watch a little TV and surf the web.
I walked around a bit and I just couldn't see anything negative other than there was only one bathhouse. But you had full hook-ups at every site, so unless you were in a tent you probably wouldn't use it. There was a little dog area and another "no-dog" area that had tables and shade and horseshoes. The entire park was very prettily landscaped. The views of the mountains were beautiful too.
With Janet being so accommodating by getting us into a big pull-through, the amount of shade, the great WiFi, the cleanliness, and the peacefulness, I wouldn't hesitate to return...
