We arrived to this resort on February 22,2019 and were so very pleased! The Lolots have nice spacing between your neighbor. The average size of the motorcoach pads are 75' length and 45'wide. Their is lush greenery, between each lot and most of the lots are on beautiful little lakes that are throughout the resort. The roads are all paved and each pad is either paved or brick. Lots of beautiful flowers, grass and greenery!!! You won't find another resort for motorcoaches that has what tthis resort offers. We quickly saw that everyone was so very friendly. Did'nt matter that we were renters. We were immediately welcomed! The resort is situate on the Caloosahatchee River and does have a small marina for you to park your boat free of charge. Their is a beautiful Club house that over looks the river as well. This is where most of the indoor activities take place. Their is also a bar in the club house. The swimming pool is huge with another club house that has adequate exercise equipment, a full kitchen that you may use, large bathrooms with showers a putting green, shuffle board, horse shoe pits and everything is immaculate!!!!! They even wipe down the street lamp posts and have a street sweeper for the curbs. We witnessed them even pressure washing the curbs. Their is an onsite activity director Lee that is second to none! If you get bored at this resort it's your own fault! We felt like we were at a glorified camp for seniors. Oh and by the way you don't have to be a senior to stay here. It's not classified as a 55 and older resort. I think the thing that impressed us the most was that all the owners are volunteers for just about everything! It was wonderful to see everyone working together in harmony even some of the renters jump in and volunteer. This place has a real sense of community! We fell in love with this little slice of heaven and decided after being here for 5 weeks to become an owner as well! It's location is exactly 20 minutes from I75. Their is a new Walmart about 3 miles away many little mom and pop restaurants scattered on Hwy 80 and several good restaurants in the little town of LaBelle. One of our favorites was Forrey Grill. The food is very good and it also has a little bar. The Quart House is not fancy but the food is farm to table so it was good as well! The resort serves lunch at the club house on Tuesdays and Thursdays and if their isn't some type of function with food on the weekends they bring in food trucks and the food was great!!! We had so much fun and can't wait for...
Read moreThe thing that kept us coming back is the activities and the friendly folks. Lee, the activities director, does a fabulous job. It's like summer camp or a cruise. Live entertainment, once, twice, and sometimes 3 times a week. The lunches on the decks overlooking the river are fabulous. Beautiful billiards room with tournaments. The bar and clubhouses are all immaculate (beer is just $1 per glass). Movie night. Bingo night. Water volley ball, land volley ball (all once/week). Fabulous pool with two spas, one is huge. Ping pong by the pool, horse shoes, bocce ball, shuffle board. Massages once or twice a week (extra $ of course). A giant big-boy-toy nascar race track with grandstands. Weekly boatt races on one of the several lakes. And the 8 dedicated pickleball courts are second to none! Eve The beauty and landscaping reminds me of the finest country club or pristine resort. . Three clubhouses...one dedicated to arts and crafts with lockers for your sewing machine. Situated on the beautiful Caloosahatchee River, with Gulf access and onsite boat dockage. Saturday morning breakfasts by The Breakfast Boys"...all you can eat just $6! . The first time we visited, we didn't think we would like being in a rural area, but our 3 days reservation turned into a month. There's no need to leave the resort, but when you do there are stores and restaurants in Labelle just 8 miles East. And I hear the Walmart has broken ground just down the road. We are going back for 3 months in the winter which will be our...
