The Waves RV Resort, a 55+ Signature Resort — Hotel in Lely

This is our first year as annual residents here. The park sustained considerable damage in Hurricane Irma, but the staff (and residents) worked so hard to clean up that you would hardly know anything had happened. The property has just changed Management and the new company is visibly at work upgrading the laundry room, putting in sprinklers, refurbishing picnic tables, etc. Right now, which is out-of-season, about 25 families are here out of several hundred. Very Quiet.||The park is located on Tamiami Trail East--one of the main arteries to Miami through the Everglades. Collier Seminole Park is just a few miles down the road, as are Marco Island, I-75 and Naples Pier. Crossing the Trail can be a challenge even out of season, but the convenience seems worth it. Fast food and big-box stores are within three miles.||This place is very popular. If you want to come from October to April, call now to see if anything might be available. Also, bring your pocketbook as monthly prices are notable. You can get approximate information from the website, but it's better to call the office from 9-12 and 1-4 Monday-Friday.||The property is gated. It has several small lakes, tennis courts, a cute dog park, shuffleboard, beautiful pool, hot-tub (under improvement), lots of large frogs and a serious Corn Hole...

Paradise pointe RV resort is a great location just east of naples- actually closer to Marco Island. ..there are around 600 paved sites some park models some seasonal. The pool is great, with hot tub and lots of chaze loungers |. Activities team or hard to fill the time....pickle ball. Shuffleboard. ..boccw ball...socials etc. Quiet here and secured gate. Weather is amazing and only a short drive to great restaurants and fish houses in Marco Island and everglades city...shopping is fabulous and only minutes away...farmers markets are all around us and a short drive...Resort took abit of a hit after Hurricane Irma...so some things are not a good as we expected. ..office not open all the time and feel they are hard to get ahold of...texting is only option!! Good job we are easy going and we'll organuzed....the weather would bring us back - not...

My husband and I were interested in planting roots for a few years on the west coast of Florida...during a tour with management, we were informed by the Manager they were involved in a $4 million dollar upgrade of the property. The only upgrades so far in a year have been landscaping around the clubhouse (which is in dire need of upgrading) and a gatehouse replacement (which was a 2 month project which has turned into a 6 month project) If you would like to consider your RV resort as a Signature RV Resort you should consider providing a safe, gated community with the upgrades of what would prove to be "Signature". So disappointed, shame on Zeman homes for again misrepresented what...
