Their really should be a zero star option cause their was not one redeeming quality in this place. Let me preface this review by saying; I'm a travel worker.. I stay in hotels probably 300 plus nights a year.. So when I say this place is beyond terrible I can't stress enough that I've plenty of expertise on what a good hotel should be.. Now with that said let's get to this review.. Checking in the lady was friendly, paperwork and booking went fast and easy. Was feeling confident I'd made the right choice. But sadly this would be the last positive thing to happen at this place.. Got to my room and oh my.. I can't stress enough how dirty everything was. Baseboards chocked with dirt. The bathtub lined with mold, holes in the wall. But what really distyrbwd me was the reddish/brown blotchy stains all over the bed spread.. These were not subtle by any means, these stuck out like the moon in the sky. I've posted pictures to show.. The TV on the wall was pure comedy.. My laptop screen was bigger lol.. Their was a desk, but not much use WITHOUT A CHAIR. The shape the bed was in I was truly scared to even sleep there. I mean if this is the pride they showed in their cleaning then I can't imagine how bad the bed would be. I peeled back the stained bed spread to find a thin under blanket and sheets both with cigarette burns. I was only there one night passing through, so I decided to sleep on the hard wood floor as that seemed my safest bet.. In the morning I went to the office and told the manager of my concerns and brought of the blankets and the first thing out of his mouth was "oh, you don't have to parry that's not blood", I didn't even explain what the stains looked like I simply just said they were all stained. So the fact he jumps to blood tells me all I need to know.. I said to the guy, look idc what it was I feel like clean bedding should be the bare. Minimum to expect when staying somewhere and theirs no excuse for dirty sheets and covers. Zero excuse.. He just shrugged. So I'll end this by saying, this is a Patel run hotel, and for those that don't know that name, they are one of the richest Indian family's in the world. And they run the scummiest of hotels everywhere they go.. So I'll end this by saying, if you're thinking about staying here, you've been warned. Run run fast.. P.S if hotel Management does happen to see this.. Just know the first thing I did when I got to my final destination was to write a complaint to the county health department.

$180 a night... and it was: Gross. Gross. Gross. If it wasn't the only room available within a 2 hr radius, there would have been no way i would have stayed here. The floor was so sticky. Our feet were black from sticky dirt. Gross. I wiped the floor with a damp towel... the results were gross. And the floor was still sticky...so u know it had been a long time since the floor was properly cleaned... the heater was all busted... I had to block my kids from putting their arms, and toys in it... the vending area was atrocious. It was the worst experience with a motel I have had. The reason it was $180 was because it was north/south weekend. The owner was rude, and admitted to price gouging when we got the room. $180 for a disgusting excuse for a room. It was so yucky we should be compensated for having to endure such unkempt conditions. But big thanks to the owner for the $20 price break he gave us, because $200 for a room with such high cleanliness standards would have been a kick in the face... but instead we were slightly less assulted by your price gouging of your unclean room... The photo of the dirty towel is showing how much dirt was pulled off the floor with a damp towel and a quick once over. The photos of the disgusting vending area keep getting taken down... but I assure you this is where they were taken.

I was looking for a cheap place to spend the night at a halfway point in our trip. We ended up choosing this Econolodge and I am very happy we did. This was rated better than another Econo lodge maybe 30 minutes south and I can see why. It was very clean! Yes the bathtub caulk is stained and the building is older....they have painted and upgraded everything to produce a very nice place to stay. And for $69! We were also able to get adjoining rooms. All the rooms are on the ground level and they have an outdoor pool with a handicap chair to lower people into the pool. Everyone was very nice and I wouldn't choose another for a cheap place to stay. For $69 you are usually in a place you barely want to sit in so choose this place!!!!!!! Oh and one more thing.....the pillows and duvet cover were sooooo much more comfortable than even some higher end places. And they are certified bed bug free....see photos

We stopped here on our way to Florida with our 3 kids. The front desk clerk was very nice and respectful our room was clean and beds were very comfy. We woke up left had no issues. Now here's where the 1 star comes in. 4 hours away we receive a phone call from the hotel stating my boyfriend left his ID there. He explained to them that we are currently 4 hours away and wouldn't be able to get it that day we asked if they could mail it to our hotel in Florida since we would be staying a week there. The guy said he would call right back and let us know(this was around one). Well time goes on no call back so we called back and the man stated the post office was almost closed and he wouldn't be able to make it today, which was no big deal things happen. We all agreed that we would just pick it up on the way home and he would put it up. Fast forward we go to leave Florida called the hotel told them we was on our way that the hotel was 6 hours away that we would be there in roughly that time frame. Man on the phone said alright he had it. Now this is where things get weird. We get there I drop my boyfriend off and go across the street to the gas station to use the restroom. I get back over and he's still in the office which confused me because how long does it take to grab and go lol. He comes out and says the guy he's been talking to left for the day and they don't know where he put it they were trying to get ahold of him which ok understandable. Well time goes on so I walk in the front desk clerk was on the phone with the man another man is in there "looking threw papers" they're all speaking another language and I ask my boyfriend whats going on and he says well now they can't find it like what we talked to them several times. At this point the lady is handing him $25 and my boyfriend is confused just like me he says what's this for she says for a new one. I walk back out to check on the kids and go back in because at this point I'm frustrated ready to be home and plus how did they randomly lose a id in a 6 hour time frame. When I walk back in my boyfriend is asking about a sheriffs number to contact just for his safety so he can make a report about his id gone just in case someone tries to use it. The two people at the desk start talking in another language then they start asking what room we stayed in what day how we paid etc. Like hold on if u was actually looking the first time wouldn't you have asked these questions before. Well they fiddle around they keep talking to each other the guy walks in the back comes out a min later and oh look his ID. The entire situation was sketchy they were not nice about it. Even tho we were nothing but respectful and polite to them no scene was made nothing. Its just weird the id "was lost" in a 6 hour time frame then magically appeared after asking about making a police report for his safety. It just makes me wonder how many people they have...

We stayed for one night at this hotel and while I knew it would not be a 5 star hotel I did expect it to be clean and sanitary, especially during covid. We requested a non-smoking room and as soon as we opened the door we knew it was, in fact, not. It reeked of smoke. We requested another room and was accommodated, however, while this room was not as bad as the first with the smoke odor, it was still there. It was late and we were tired so we though we would just make do as best as we could. When I turned back the bed coverings the sheets were terribly stained with what looked like dried blood in more than one place. The blanket was so badly worn that it looked like it was used by a dog for a long while. We, again, told the person who was at the desk and asked for new sheets. We were given another set and I was expected to put them on! I did put them on but did not use the blanket or coverlet. The shower worked, however when the water was turned on the knob to turn the shower on did not work and so as soon as the water was turned on the shower sprayed. The walkway was littered with work equipment, as though work was being done somewhere at some point. There was a loose dog barking outside the rooms all night and across from our room in a parking area a semi-truck was running all night long. We barely slept all night. In the morning I went to the office to return my key and asked for a partial refund for all of the above mentioned. I was told I could get $10 for changing my sheets. I asked to speak to the manager who was on the phone with the clerk and was denied. I refused the $10 as this was to me an insult. I informed them I would file a negative review and the clerk said "go ahead". Never, ever again! I forgot to mention that a continental breakfast was to be included...
