I have no idea where Ariel L stayed but this place was awful! My husband and I chose this place at first because we though it was in fact going to be "a diamond in the rough". That was not the case at all. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and DO NOT go here. We were shown to our cabin, which was literally the size of a garden shed, with just enough room for a bed. Ok, thats fine we though... manageable. When we got inside we were literally hit with cigarette smell so bad as if 10 smokers had recently had their cigarette break inside this place everyday since the time was built (probably 50 years ago). Ok... so not looking great... We had traveled three hours so I really had to use the bathroom. I got in there... cement floor, where I noted I would have to wear shoes in, otherwise I would likely develop some sort of foot fungus only to discover there was NO toilet paper...anywhere...Well for $75 a night I think I am entitled to some toilet paper. Do yourself a favor, there are plenty of hotels in lewiston for this price. In fact we left and stayed a motel 6 in lewiston for $60, and it was CLEAN, did not reek of cigarettes, it had plenty of toilet tissue, and I was not worried about taking my shoes off, not to mention we had room to walk...

The leaf peepers were out in force and we were ready to turn around and go home when we called this place. Thanks to a booking mishap, a cabin with two beds was available. The circa-1926 cabin was very clean and well maintained, and the rate was very reasonable. Travis, the owner, was so friendly and helpful. We were delighted. There are two fire pits. One was already in use, and Travis offered to start a fire in the second one for us. We didn't take her up on the offer b/c it was late and starting to rain, but what a wonderful welcome. Although we only stayed one night, it was a bright spot on an already-wonderful trip. I would love to go again and stay...

I recommend long term staying here its $300 for motel rooms a week and unless it changed it is $250 for cabins a week plus $27.50 for lodging tax for the first 4 weeks. 5 star review love this...
