Campsite was not clean from prior campers. It was good distance between sites. Quiet. Absolutely no cell reception. But my main complaint was the stairs. Some sites including mine had stairs. A lot. And they were slanted and very sandy very difficult to carry things up and down constantly when you can’t keep anything up there luckily we are not too old and could manage but good luck to anyone who goes there not knowing about the stairs, who are old or handicapped. Or out of shape. Other than that, it’s a good place to just set up a tent go about your day and just come back and sleep. Will I be coming back to this one? Sorry no I will not.

My wife and I love coming here! This was the OG spot for when we first learned how to camp so I would say this is definitely camping beginner friendly. CALLLING ALL CAT PARENTS 🚨 We brought our cats and they enjoyed their adventure! The owners are very nice and attentive! The water pumps and bathrooms come in CLUTCH! We have a lot of space when we go and always have an amazing time! See you in two weeks Big Rock 🪨💪🏾

Amazingly clean well-managed wooded site campground with water and privies and very reasonably priced. The nearby river is a great resource and while the Kancamangus Highway is nearby, it is very quiet after dark when you are enjoying supper at a picnic table with a fire ring, enjoying the great outdoors. It's a beautiful place. Enjoy it.

Nice, well-maintained campground. Sites are spaced out nicely. Most seem to be "walk to" sites which are only a small set of stairs away from the road. Easy access and it makes it feel a bit more private. Pit toilets only but very clean and minimal smell - nicer than at other campgrounds I've stayed at in the area. Large fire pit with a single level grate. Our site backed up to 112 with a wooded slope between us. The car noise was kind of loud during the day but it died off significantly overnight and didn't bother us for sleeping. Nice fall colors in the first weekend of October. Close access to trailheads too - we did the Osceolas from Greely Pond trailhead just 5 minutes up the road. Be warned, traffic coming back from the hike was backed up from Lincoln! What was a 5 minute drive there in the morning took over an hour to get back. This was because it was near peak foliage on a...

Couldn't have asked for a better campground for the weekend. Stayed in one of the few Cabins on site. Very clean friendly and cozy. New owners Josh and Missy definitely run a tight ship. If your ever looking for a rv campground or just a cozy cabin rental. I would definitely recommend you giving them a call. This will not be our last time time staying there. The best thing for me was direct atv trail access to over 140 miles of the best atv trails in NH. So once again Thank you Josh and Missy for showing the greatest hospitality ones can show. Can't wait to see what you guys have in store...
