Paradise Ranch at Three Rivers is an amazing destination for anyone that wants to experience nature in the most elegant way! I was able to book the glass cabin for a three-night stay and we quickly fell in love with the destination. This was the very best high-class "camping" I have experienced. AC to keep the space cool, Starlink internet access, sky light to star gaze at night in bed, beautiful stream that lights up at night, and the strongest most satisfying water pressure for a shower that I have ever experienced!
There is your very own private hot tube made of cedar wood that overlooks the stream below. Since it is cedar wood, the water in hot tub has an aromatic quality that feels like essential oils have been added. It is the perfect way to unwind after a hike. There is also a natural gas firepit with built-in wood bench seating around.
Cooking is done on an outdoor wood deck with two propane burners. There is also a high-end hibachi style BBQ that is perfect for steaks, burgers, salmon, or late night smores! Charcoal is supplied. Pots, pans, dishes, & utensils are supplied. I would only recommend bringing any specialty cookware you may need for a special dish. There is a small under the counter refrigerator and an outdoor cooler. Plan accordingly and do not bring too much food! The large outdoor cooler is conveniently built into the outdoor deck where you can store all of your drinks. Bring three normal sized bags of ice to fill. I taped closed the drain hose to prevent any water from escaping. This kept everything ice cold for three days!
Hiking up the trail leads to a larger camp ground that has larger luxury tents, outdoor kitchen that is setup near the stream, and an elevated platform you can use for yoga or great sunsets.
I highly recommend Paradise Ranch and will be coming back here really soon. If you have a special someone in your life, then this place is a must!
Suggestions: Buy three bags of ice in town before heading up the mountain.
Sun block, bug spray, water shoes, flashlight, Bluetooth speaker are a must.
Download the map on your phone before heading up. There is Wi-Fi once you get there, but not much signal driving up.
Don't bring more food than you need. You will have a small...

Everything during the whole experience ran seamlessly with communication from the host Kenneth being prompt, informative and welcoming and we cannot be anymore appreciative of his attention and assistance.
Paradise Ranch makes you reset your thinking and relax into a well equipped and luxurious tiny house that has super fast Starlink wifi, a state of the art bidet toilet with heated seat and even Air Conditioning. It has everything you need to reset, unplug and relax with even a yoga/meditation area. The outdoor kitchen even has a pizza oven and under deck cooler for your beer and wine!! Kenneth even left a welcome package of pasta, sauce, coffee and red wine and you don’t even need to bring toiletries for the shower with eco friendly offerings available.
Due to its remote location, I’d recommend arriving with all provisions, ice (for the outdoor cooler) and even though access to the site is quite steep a standard sedan would be ok, but a 4x4 would handle the terrain much easier - we managed the three days in a Mustang convertible, but is was a little challenging.
The recent winter storms were evident in the fast flowing river in front of the houses that gave off a soothing noise and a hike down the local ladybug trail showed the recent destructive forces that this area experienced. Paradise ranch is ideally located to the entrance of the Sequoia National Park and unfortunately the road to the General Grant tree also experienced some damaged and is currently closed until Sept 2023 at the earliest.
You owe it to yourself to visit this place, enjoy the beautiful scenery, relax from the hustle of daily life and appreciate all that nature and life has to offer you. It’s a credit to Kenneth for all of the effort and work he has put in that everything is just right and you’ll want for...
Read moreI began searching for a one of a kind experience for my fiancé's birthday trip a few months ago. Our host, Kenneth, was very gracious and informative when I was deciding on the perfect getaway spot and we are so glad we chose Paradise Ranch.
Pros: The location of the glass cabin is quite remote and off the grid. If you're ready for a detox from everything this is your paradise. Thankfully, internet was usable and stable when we did want to connect.
The cedar hot tub is a must in the mornings and after a day of hiking or exploring the grounds. The smell of the cedar combined with the mountain air left us feeling rejuvenated.
The bidet. OK, we are now spoiled from using the normal porcelain throne. We must have one of them in our home in the future. A warm seat and a seat cover that opens and closes was a luxurious touch.
Cons: Due to the remote location we did not have cell service so we highly suggest you map put where you are heading in advance. It's not easy getting lost as there is only one way up the mountainside but it's nice to have a backup plan just in case.
We personally rented a 4 Wheel Drive Jeep to get us through any terrain. We highly suggest to bring a vehicle that can handle gravel, tight turns, and steep grades.
Bugs - just be prepared. You're in the wilderness but in the best of ways. Come prepared for hornets. Kenneth was incredible and already provided us with a hornet catcher. Once that was installed we were golden.
Overall experience: We will always keep Paradise Ranch close to our hearts. The welcoming, thoughtfulness of our host, and the assistance when we reached out was top notch. We can't wait to come back and experience paradise again. There are so many pros to this place (y'all we got to enjoy seeing...
