Very rural, you can hear the wildlife, owls, coyotes, peacocks, etc. That was the best part. They don't encourage campfire sitting, being social w/other campers, NO FUN for sure. Not a good place for children, no play area, etc. Facilities were clean, staff as unfriendly as her. So in a nut shell, if you have a horse and no kids, might work for you because it's set up to bring your horse. And it was a bit pricey w/no real EXTRA type amenities. No pool, playground, social group type area, no store, ice, firewood, etc. Read all reviews, they/staff aren't as nice as they pretend to be. Disappointed she felt need to justify her rudeness because of this review. I would take 1 star I gave them back. Place is pretty nice, staff not...
Read moreThe most beautiful horse park ever. Beautifully laid out and very scenic and peaceful. The sites are large and easy to access. You can choose any size horse pasture you would like - some are big enough for 4 horses. Bathrooms are large and very well maintained with one situated in a silo. The owner, Christine, is a lovely host who will do anything to help you and .ake your stay pleasant. The trails are the best I've seen in Florida and most of them have sections where you can ride right alongside the Suwannee River, and water horses on the white sand beaches. Also have access from here to the Music Park and the Hippie Bridge both of which...

The Spirit of the Swanee Music park is better and less expensive not far from here. And they treated me like a human being! What I saw of the place looked like a dump, but I didn't see much. Even if it is a paradise I will be at...
