Bliss On The River — Hotel in Llano

We stayed at Bliss on the River 10/25/2025. The host, Emmett was amazing as was the rest of the staff. The country (homemade) breakfast was very very good. The property is so nice. The butterflies were everywhere when we were there. Walking down to the river with the large granite outcrops on property are incredible to see. There was a constant sound of rushing water at that time. It looks like the kind of place we could bring our kids and grandkids to. Looks like a good fishing spot for the kids and the swimming pool and hot tub would be perfect too. The rooms are decorated very nicely and the landscaping and plants around the property are well maintained and beautiful. What a perfect name for this hidden gem on the Llano River! We spent the Fourth of July weekend here with two of our girls and had an unforgettable stay. Mr. Emmitt was an absolute pleasure—he welcomed us like family and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Each morning started with a delicious, freshly made breakfast, and the personal touches throughout our stay made all the difference. The room was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, and the bed was just right—pure comfort.

We’ve officially found our new favorite getaway spot and can’t wait...

If I could rate more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This place has it ALL.

The entire property is pristine and high-end throughout. The rooms smell amazing and inviting. The linens are soft and lush.

The property host, Emmett, went above and beyond with every single request we made. He even took time out of his day and gave us a grand tour of the entire property.

Perfectly named, this estate provides pure bliss. Close enough to town, and perfectly out-of-town enough too. They have truly thought of everything one could want and need.
