This was the first RV park that I saw when I looked up some of the winery Vineyards around tow Texas. Jeff is the owner who owns and operates this place very friendly very helpful amazingly clean environment, the grounds are kept, the grass is cut, you won't find one shred of trash anywhere on this property or in the water. He supplied us with firewood and a fire starter I'm not sure if these are regular practices but we had firewood every night with Jeff's Supply. This place is very peaceful very secluded and Serene there are no interruptions. We met a few people who also stopped in a night or two and some long-term stay guest. This place was definitely worth the drive our RV was backed right up to the water. We were literally right on top of the lake, perfect spot every spot in this place. They even have one bedroom small little houses and a larger two bedroom house if you don't have an RV. I would recommend if you are thinking about going to this area you may seriously consider staying here they even have paddle boats that you can use for free. Beautiful sunrise gorgeous sunset you capture both in this very spot.

My wife and I stayed here for the first time this past weekend and we will definitely be back! We had a great spot right on the water (all RV spots are on the water), the grounds were nicely kept, they are reasonably priced and they even had paddle boats and a kayak for us to use when we had to rescue one of our remote controlled boats! The owners are very friendly and seem like an awesome couple! As I said before we will definitely be staying here again and the next time we might get a cabin for our non RVing relatives and a spot for our family that does have a RV.

Super quiet and a great place to get away from it all. We stayed in the Bluebonnet cabin. There's not much in the way of amenities, but that is exactly what we were looking for. There is no wifi or cable so you really can relax. There are only 4 cabins and about 10 RV slots so there are not a ton of people around. Take the short drive over to Fall Creek winery. You won't be disappointed. We will most definitely be back!

I recently discovered this place while on a girls getaway weekend. The seven of us stayed in the lakehouse, which provided plenty of room for eating, playing cards, getting ready to go out, etc. August in Texas is HOT, and there's nothing worse than staying somewhere with sub par air conditioning, but this place had some super cold AC. The beds, bathroom, kitchen, floors, etc were all very clean and well stocked. The owners live onsite, and were helpful and friendly. They suggested we visit Fall Creek Vineyard down the road, and we were glad we did. The vineyard has a beautiful tasting room with tables and chairs, where you're encouraged to hang out, snack, and sip wine as long as you'd like. I'm going to come back and stay in one of the small cabins with my husband in order to tour Longhorn Caverns and take the Vanishing Texas River Cruise, which are right down the road. I'm very glad to find this hidden treasure, and look forward to many...

The interior of the Lake House is very well maintained and just beautiful! We happened to be there during a drought so the water level was low but this property is still conveniently located to other lake-access areas. Jeff was wonderful to work with and still allowed us to borrow their kayaks free if charge! The lack of cable and internet connection may seem daunting at first but it certainly helped my family to connect in person instead of just online. The only other thing to be mindful of is to wear good shoes due to sticker burs. I think Jeff is already in the process of trying to rid the property of those but I would still recommend closed toed shoes or boots when walking outside. Overall a wonderful experience and I personally would...
