We stayed 2 nights in Villa#4. The view of the canyon is simply gorgeous. We spent the bulk of our time outside on the covered patio by the fire pit (we didnât turn it on as we enjoyed perfect sunny and warm weather for our stay). The pictures and description of the Villa are accurate - it was clean and beautiful inside and outside. The furnishings, inside and outside are very nice, sturdy and comfortable. There are two large-screen wall-mounted televisions, on main level and lower level. The 3 levels offer 3 full bathrooms - perfect for our small family (two couples and one individual). Each couple had their own king bedroom and bathroom and our 3rd family member enjoyed their own king bedroom and full bath. The shower on the lower level was adequately-sized for us, husband is 6â3â and the water pressure was great. The bed was comfortable. We had no issue with clothes storage - we travel a great deal and found the accommodations perfect for our short stay. There are 2 luggage storage racks in the closet on the main level with 5 beautiful bath robes, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer, laundry basket and a couple laundry pods if guests choose to wash their clothes. There is a hair dryer in the main level bathroom. The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, wine glasses, water glasses, dishes, a couple dish towels, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, coffee cups, coffee for the drip machine, packets of sugar substitute, small single-use coffee creamer, a toaster, salt and pepper, a container of olive oil and oven mitts. The gas stove/oven and full-sized refrigerator: perfection for our stay! We had planned to enjoy the hot tub but our time was short and our activities exploring Logan and the shops in the Hocking Hills market - antique shops and food stores as well as dining out one evening at 58 West - an awesome experience too BTW - limited what we could do so we missed out on the hot tub. The parking for our Villa was also very nice. We only traveled in 2 vehicles but there was space for at least 2-3 other vehicles if needed. The villas are nicely distanced away from each other. We were not disturbed by guests who came our 2nd afternoon/evening for a stay in Villa #3.
These villas are newly built, and so very welcoming. As other reviewer comments helped us with how to pack and what we wouldnât need to bring for our short stay, we hope our suggestions for consideration are helpful to the hosts. A few nice-to-have amenities we suggest are: a Keurig or one-cup coffee system, possibly located on the lower level as the drip machine (which we found to be excellent and easy to use) is on the main level in the kitchen; a few hooks in the bathrooms for either the nice robes provided or for the bath towels after use to dry between uses; a print out information/instruction sheet inside the Villa for all guests to read; a guest book for people to sign and leave comments for the next guests and hosts to read; and a mirror in the second bedroom in the lower level (with the king bed).
We want to recognize Austin who was very prompt and so helpful and friendly when we called him prior to booking our Villa. We asked about which Villa would be more suitable for family members with mobility issues and also which one offered the best view of the canyon. Thanks Austin for suggesting Villa 4! Also, as we were leaving Thursday morning, we met Regan who is the Property Manager. She was so very warm and friendly.
